I installed these electric grooming table components into an old Edemco manual table with just a few minor alterations. Works great, smooth action, great rebuild kit. Hi quality, great price, fast shipping, professional packaging. A+++

Placed an order on September 13, order went around the world. Received 1 box of 2 on October 25. Still awaiting second box. Canceled the order, now company wants me to pay to ship back and 25% restocking fee. I will never order from them again.

I needed an extra large travel kennel for my extra large Labrador Retriever. We do a lot of hunting and long distance traveling and I needed something super durable. I spent over an hour doing research online through product specifications, reviews, availability and pricing and that is how I found Pet Pro Supply.
I chose the Dakota 283 G3. It was the best choice for the size I needed and for the price. I was not in any hurry so I did not place an expedite on my order, Also in today's E-commerce environment, I anticipated that there would possibly be delays in shipping anyway, so an expedite would be a waste.
I received my order after only 10 business days. It was a very large box and it was placed right on my front porch. The shipping and delivery was great, the product I ordered is top shelf and I will be ordering more products from this company.

Bought a Dakota 283 for my Jeep Wrangler. Product shortages delayed shipment a bit but it arrived in plenty of time for the new puppy. Communication was timely and very helpful

I've never seen so many popups while trying to make a simple purchase. I will never buy here again unless no one carries something.

Purchased the Dakota 283 G3 Framed Door Kennel from PetPro Supply twice now. Shipping was fast and communication was great. The company itself has quality selections across the site.
The crate is a solid, well made kennel. We have been very pleased with this purchase and have since purchased a second. We have used ours for travels, as well as for a sleeping crate, as our puppy prefers this crate over a more open-designed crate we have at home. I feel he likes the den-like feel this one provides. He willingly goes right into the crate to sleep/rest whether at home, at camp, or in the car.
We are active campers, bikers, hikers and this works perfectly with our lifestyle. The handle is great for transporting easily from car to camp. The drainage hole is a thoughtful feature to make cleaning/hosing out the crate a breeze. The lock is a great feature for tricky animals when out camping. Naturally, we never leave him unattended, but it is nice peace of mind if we need to run into our camper or tend to our kids while he is napping outside in the crate.
Overall we are very happy with this crate and plan to purchase the same crate when our second pup comes into our future. The addition of a memory foam crate bed with a washable zippered cover, made to fit these particular kennels would be ideal and greatly appreciated.

I purchased 2 5x5x4 square dog kennels by Aleko from Pet Pro. The order arrived quickly, well packaged for 2 large items so that they were not damaged in transit. Iam a 70+ woman, who barely weighs 100 lbs and have a bad shoulder, yet this was easy to assemble. I was able to figure it out from the directions provided and it seems to be a very secure place to contain a active dog. The kennels latch securely together, allowing several to be used together to enlarge to any size. It's easy enough to move. The company neglected to send enough connectors which theu sent out promptly when I called them.

I bought the small practice agility teeter and it looks well made and I am very happy with it. It is small, lightweight and portable and I can set it up really quickly to train for a few mins at a time with each dog. I like how the board folds, but can be locked in place with a click. I have three small dogs (each under 15lbs) and they are all starting agility and so this is very convenient to have at home. Online ordering was easy and staff are also friendly and easy to work with.

I recently bought the Better Sporting Dogs 7 Piece Deluxe Dog Agility Equipment Set and I love it. It is a great quality product and very easy to set-up. My pup loves it even more. She has never done agility before but she loves being outside playing and running around, so thought I would give it a try. She is having so much fun jumping the hurdles and running through the tunnels. It is a great bonding experience for me and my pup. Thanks so much!

I recently purchased a Blue-9 Balance Harness Buckle Neck at the recommendation of my puppy trainer. She was right! This harness is comfortable and secure enough that I know my puppy will not be able to squirm out of it. The people at ProPet had a great selection of products at competitive prices. Shipping was efficient. I will definitely order from ProPet again.

We recently purchased a Bully Bed through Pet Pro Supply Co. for our Great Danes. After spending money on all types of dog beds we found that they just were not supportive enough for our big breed dogs, with very little support for their bony parts. After a bit of pleading my case on the expense of all that didn’t work, and that it was more than the cost of the Bully Bed, my husband agreed to ordering one to see if we’d like it. It arrived a day earlier than expected, and we were quite impressed with its density, and overall appearance. The dogs LOVE it, and it provides amazing support for their size. Very pleased with every aspect of this purchase, start to finish.

Ordering was very easy and I got package super fast. I would and will definitely be ordering from pet pro supply again in the future. The klimb platforms are great also very sturdy and durable.

I ordered and received the Edemco kennel dryer. Ordered in March 2021 and received in August 2021. Although there was quite a delay and some inconsistencies with communication nearing delivery date, the item showed up and was in good condition. No reflection on Pet Pro Supply but Edemco has really dropped the quality of their products. I have the exact same model dryer from 12 years ago that we ordered new and the 12 year old dryer is a much nicer, better and well built dryer than this new one. They are really cutting corners. That said, it should not reflect on PPS and their service.

Ordered a klimb dog training platform. Came quickly, good quality, no issues. Would order again from them

I purchased clippers from Pro Pet and while there was a delay, they still came earlier than anticipated. Pro pet and the clippers exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the quick responses to my emails and would recommend the company to anyone searching for quality in products and customer service.

I purchase 4 intermediate and 2 XL (double door) crates. These are amazing. I feel less worried about my dogs traveling in these crates. Super easy to clean. Pet Pro Customer service was excellent. These were backordered by the MFG and customer service kept me up to date on when they would ship. I would definitely buy again!

I purchase an Edemco dryer on March 5, 2021. Pet Pro Supply said that the dryer will ship on 6/25/2021 due to Covid-19. I have emailed costumer service multiple times and they keep saying that the manufacture will ship my item soon. They are not giving me an specific date.
Pet Pro Supply should make it clean that the item is not in stock before costumers purchase their items.
I need a refund so I can get my item else where.

I recently ordered a KLIMB platform and accessories kit. I was delighted to receive free shipping, as the KLIMB is heavy! (KLIMB itself does not offer free shipping.) My items arrived within a reasonable amount of time (shipping times are unpredictable with pandemic restrictions) and in excellent condition.
