This was associated via an app

This was associated via an app. Vet was great. Said they would pass the script on to the pet scripts place to fill and they would contact me. No. No one has the original script. I only got emailed a copy. They won’t accept a copy. Four days have passed. No prescription for my dog. My dog is suffering. So I now paid for a consultation with a vet and a script that never got filled and cannot get filled as I don’t have the original prescription the vet has it. No way of contacting the vet. As it’s through an app - to get things faster and more efficiently so they say. What a rip off and a scam. Now I have to wait to get an appointment at any of the local vets and start the process again. Not happy.

Faulty insulin pen refund

My senior pup has been on insulin for the past year and, after shopping around, found PetScripts have the most competitive pricing. Recently, one of the insulin pens was faulty and the team at PetScripts have been extremely helpful, keeping in communication with me and offered me a refund, which I accepted. Thank you so much for your help Tama!

Very easy to use the website and deal…

Very easy to use the website and deal with Prescripts. The service I have received in the form of emails has been efficient and timely. I have not received my product as yet so four stars out of five until the product delivered in a timely manner. A good customer experience so far!

Don’t waste your time or money!

Posted my script as requested and it seems to have been ‘lost’. Because of the stuff around from them I needed the medication desperately so had to pay the vet for another script. Ended up getting it filled at a local pharmacy instead. Save yourself the stress and money and just go to a pharmacy if you can. This company are useless!

Very Well Done:)

well, I made a mistake and thought our repeats for our dogs medication was with them. It wasn't, but the fact they rang me back immediately after I sent an email complaining about not being able to order her medication.
The young man was so nice and very helpful and polite,
So now I know what they are like I am pleased to say
I will more than likely be choosing them for any more orders of pet medication.
There just aren't enough words to say how nice they are.

No communication

No communication. At all. Sent script. paid money. then wait and wait. Rang later to inquire to be told "out of stock" Sadly it seems that this company has NO COMMUNICATION at all. Unless you ring and remain on hold "indefinately"

Abysmal haven't even got my package yet

No help at all with postage or tracking. My parcel label was created weeks ago but not sent, when enquired they just sent me the link to tracking. I know how to track a parcel but you need to send it first guys. Do better, send me my meds.

Rang and spoke with Brisbane petscript…

Rang and spoke with Brisbane petscript chemist - ‘we have that in stock bring your script in and we can fix you up”. Attended. Yes it’s in stock, but we have to send it to you.
Right, but I need it today - it’s for my dogs eyes which are ulcerated.
Yes, we can send it out tomorrow.
Thanks, big help.
N.B. Next day the right eye ulcerated through and ruptured. Would the medication - which creates tears in his eyes- have stopped that? Maybe, but it sure wouldn’t have hurt.

Probably one of the worst businesses…

Probably one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with that all comes down to the actions of the pharmicist/receptionist Tama.

Tama was rude, hostile and extremely unhelpful and her attitude has actively made my cat sicker having gone through PetScripts. I'm not sure if this is an indicator of how things are run at PetScripts but I regret my decision to do business with them.

Choose PetScripts if you want to save money on Euthanasia, because Tama and the people at PetScripts certainly don't care about the health and wellbeing of their patients.

They will ask for my review before they actually help which shows level of priority they have.

My pets heart medicine didn't come in time, the vet had to put my dog down because she had chronic heart failure and it was causing her distress now, so I had to call petscripts to get a refund for 250 dollars worth of medicine and they didn't care, they didn't refund and said basically that it's too bad, even though I didn't open the Australia Post package, I don't recommend them, I have 4 other pets so they won't get my money again, I'll spend elsewhere and I know a lot of people that have pets who knows what's happened.
