I ordered a dog bed 22/4/26, order accepted and payment made, I have now received an email saying I cancelled the order (which I did not), I am trying to chase for my refund as I have not heard anything about this, based on the earlier reviews I located the item online and the item had increased the price by £40.

The company is now called PETVITA. I made an order this morning (20/4/2026). It was accepted and a payment went through. This afternoon I received an email saying I cancelled the order (which I did not). When I go to look at the item I had ordered it had jumped up in price by £30. I can only assume they cancelled the order hoping to get me to reorder at the more expensive price. I WON'T! ABSOLUTE SCAM... NO WONDER THIS COMPANY DOES NOT MAKE ITS PHONE NUMBER PUBLIC. They don't want to listen to complaints. PETVITA YOU CANCELLED THE ORDER NOT ME!

I thin this company has now reinvented itself and is called PetVita... it has scammed me as far as I can tell, my order has not been delivered no response from the company... after several attempts. Their companies house info is bizarre and im pretty sure at this stage it is not legitimate at all. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM PETVITA

Unauthorized Charges and Unresponsive Support
I strongly advise against using petsforvita.com. I discovered unauthorized charges on my bank statement from this company, despite never having signed up for any service or subscription. Attempts to contact their customer support were met with generic responses and no resolution. This experience has been frustrating and concerning.
