Purchased the balls that are supposed to roll and bounce, so they are interactive for my active dogs. At full charge, they do roll, but definitely dont bounce. The ball got stuck closed (trapping inside the on/off switch and the place to charge). It was stuck in the 'on' position and would randomly activate. Good news, the battery lasts 3 days (leaving it in a box, hiding under a bunch of towels to dampen the noise at night). I reached out to the company for a refund 3 times and have not recieved a response. I consistently get reminder emails to provide them with feedback and leave a positive review, along with their usual marketing materials.

I ordered the shock absorbing pet seatbelts and they are fantastic. We feel so comfortable travelling with our fur babies now so much so I bought a second set so it doesn’t matter which vehicle we use our girls are safe. They came super quickly and in good condition. I’m very happy to recommend these leads and the company as very professional 👌

I bought the pet brush for my Labradoodle and it is no good. Sent 5 emails politely requesting a refund and none have been answered. Extremely disappointed particularly with all of the emails I receive asking to provide a review - Here it is…REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS. It is not hard.

Ordered and paid for 2 Anchor latch seat belts and only received 1. Have emailed Pet Shield multiple times with no reply and still no 2nd seat belt. Don’t waste your money!

Ordered a dog harness. Product never arrived, emails never replied to, voicemails and calls to the mobile number ignored before receiving an email asking how happy I was with my product! Very bad experience.

First time user of this device. I have a greyhound and found it worked very well, as well as giving her room to get comfortable.
Very happy.

The product I chose was to replace an old clip we were using which broke and I believe that this product is a better and much stronger.

I ordered 2 x XL dog lead restraints (in orange) to keep my dogs safe whilst driving. On payment i accidentally ordered a harness which i emailed them to cancel that order. I have emailed them 10 times without response. There is no contact mobile number to speak to anyone! Package arrived with the harness and only 1 dog lead!!!!
On their webpage Bella and Sofia (owners) advertise to email them with any queries including orders, refunds etc.
I'm SO angry i have contacted my bank for resolution and the date is now 31/5/24
Pet Sheild are happy to take your money and you won't hear from them again!!!

Great service and product

Quick prompt delivery.
However when I emailed asking for return on bowl, that is too small for my dog, no response.
Have sent further two requests. No response.
So much for their easy return policy!

Don't buy from this dodgy company They don't answer emails. I've sent countless emails in an effort to return a product I'm not happy with but they never reply. There is no phone number.

First order from Pet Shield and was not disappointed.
Arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
Our two Klee Kia which shed all day every day tolerate this comb much better than any other we have tried and we have tried many.

I have tried to contact them on about 5 different occasions to try and resolve my faulty ball. They replied once with possible solutions which were already attempted. Advised them straight away.... and another 4 times since and I have not received one acknowledgement or attempt to solve the issue. I just want my money back now.

I will always support and buy from an Australian company!
