I love the food for my dogs but I wish you would send me a text or email a good week before you are due to take payment so I can check if I actually need the delivery.

My cat Milo will only Royal Cannin Kitten food despite being nearly two .Its an expensive product ,hes worth it
It’s a real help though when you can buy it at a reduced price which it very rarely is .
So it was great to see it on sale at PetShop U.K. at a really affordable price .
I’ve never shopped here before but will certainly make it my first port of call in future

Really impressed with this Royal Canin French Bulldog food. My dog loves it, and it’s great to see her enjoying her meals. The kibble is specially designed for French Bulldogs and has been a great choice for us. 🐾❤️

Absolutely amazing 🤩 I had my dogs food on order with another supplier for over 10days (Eden Dog Food) and had completely run out. I found Petshop online ordered a bag and it was here the next day!!! Dogs are happy again. Cancelled the order with the other suppliers and am now on a subscription with Petshop - definitely recommend

What a great business they are I recently ordered from them after ordering from another company on amazon who let us down the pups food never turned up so had to find something quick this company was great it came 1 day after ordering and cheaper than most places out there so cannot recommend enough I will definitely be shopping with them again thankyou.

I have been a dog owner for 45 years and always want the best for them. I order Eukanuba dog biscuits from Petshop on line as it is the best price. It is always a top notch experience from when you order to delivery at your door. I can’t paise them enough.

I’ve been buying two types of Purina dog food for a couple of years now. The bottomless bowl option is great. It’s easy to manage to change delivery dates. The pricing is very good too.

What we ordered ( 3 bags of dog food ) came very quickly was well packaged and everything went well from start to finish, good offers on website.good choice and prices

I was attracted by the cost savings and signed up to bottomless bowl. I have found working the recurrent deliveries a bit difficult especially if our dog changes their diet. I think I have worked it out now. You are given notice of a pending delivery with time to delay it, or change it.

I honestly couldn’t be happier / I foolishly ordered twice but on calling the help line the lovely lady quickly resolved my error

A great company if you like your account being randomly debited, purposely misleading payment journeys and arrogant customer service. Yes, I’m referring to the bottomless bowl automatic repeat subscription service, I can’t believe they can get away with treating customers this way.

Shocking. 100% avoid.

They go the extra mile.
I know immediately if products I want are available. I never feel fobbed off.
Customer Service is prompt, focused and efficient.When I got frustrated with the bottomless bowl order it was explained (mis-order was totally my fault) and sorted.
