Avoid avoid avoid!
Bought the duel lead, terrible product cheaply made and not fit for purpose. Contacted customer service to be told I could send to the next customer or post back to Italy both at my expense! Advised product was not fit for purpose. Now I am left out of pocket and with a lead I wouldn’t use on a hamster. Don’t be fooled avoid this company at all costs! Ignore my last review this was before I received my item!

Bought a two lead retractable combination so our two toy poodles xan be kept on one lead....used it 12 times ...and both retractable leads failed

I reported to customer service and was told because it was over the 30days after purchase....literally by a few days...I couldn't return or claim

But if I paid £15 they would send another one. I asked for a full refund as item not fit for purpose....

No reply too my email

Paid £33 for a lead that doesn't work as it should. .and the same one is offered on many other sites for £12....to £18

Appalling customer service. I bought a double lead off them in September, took a good 3 weeks to arrive. Only one of the switches worked which meant I only had control of one dog and then other could run out in the road. When I returned from the walk the torch has also fallen out. I contracted them and they said I couldn’t have a refund as I don’t have the torch part but would send me a replacement. When I finally received the replacement, it had the same problem and I sent video evidence to prove it. They said they would send me a third but I still have not received it. When I contacted them, I just got a stream of rude and arrogant messages. I strongly advise not to purchase from this company, the lead wasn’t fit for purpose and the customer service is even worse

Amazing customer service, asked a question was answered straight away! Maybe a mistake when ordering and they sorted for me! Can’t wait to get my order.

The product I ordered is the dual dog lead. Excellent design. Unfortunately it had a defect and I contacted the company via email who were prompt and efficient in their replies. Within a couple of days of my first email they confirmed that they had sent out a replacement product. Excellent customer service all round.

Placed an order with these guys, after a thorough look around their website to see where they are based (Italy apparently) and placed an order for "express delivery" only to find 2 days later that the order is shipping from China and will take who knows how long, so requested a refund. Got multiple patronizing responses (that looked liek they had been written by ChatGPT!!) but no straight answer about a refund. I did put feedback on Facebook, but they removed it and blocked me, so I thought I'd let people know on here.
