They were amazing to work with always commenting back. Any questions I had they got back with me within a few days. I knew that it would take a while because I wanted it perfect. I was not rushing them at all because the end of product is what was important to me. I did not want it rushed. I wanted my Sam Pup to look just like Sam Pup and every detail was paid attention to all the photographs they let me send in all of the details I said about my Sam Pup was really taken to Heart and they did a wonderful job.

They did an incredible job with both plushes of our former pets, my oldest daughter's Kitty and my youngest daughter's Doggie. The girls had been missing our pets from growing up with them their whole lives, so when I found Petslify who offered reasonable pricing for very high quality materials and craftsmanship AND the ability to PREVIEW AND EDIT the designs to make sure they are crafted to look exactly like the Pets - I knew these would be the perfect Christmas Gift for my daughters. They LOVED them, lots of happy tears. I would absolutely use Petslify again. Highly recommend!

Our plushie brings much comfort!! It looks just like our little buddy. We miss him terribly. This guy goes with us camping and when we vacation! We love him.

We lost our Liam and my husband took it hard. I had “Liam” made for him and he loves it. Expectations must be realistic. While his face isn’t perfect, the similarities are there and we love him. I’m thinking of having one made for my niece of her departed “Stewie”.

I have purchased two plushy that I’m really pleased with both the second time. I did purchase the preview before final and had just a few color issues. Send it back to the design team and we got that all worked out. I’m very pleased with both of my petaling plushies.

My old English sheepdog passed away several years ago. Petslify made a copy of him and made me feel like he was alive again. They do very good work!

This is a scam. Do not buy from them. The customer service practically doesn't exist and they will keep your money and the horrible product you rejected. There is zero money back guarantee. Do not waste your money and time on this junk. Its a shame they take advantage of grieving people.

Had moved away from home and got some depressing news that my German shepherd had a tumor on his spine. After plenty of medications and treatments nothing else was done. Unfortunately I was not able to go be with him on his final days..with the plushie it brought me some comfort, more than I could've ever asked for. It feels like a little part of him is still with me through the plushie. Won't lie, I cry everytime I get to be with it for how much it means to me. I couldn't thank Petslify enough.

Lifelike and soft plush that is very accurate to our Peanut bunny. Would definitely purchase from them again.

My daughter lost her precious cat to cancer. Petslify recreated a doppelgänger for my daughter. She cried when she saw it. It was so real looking. It sleeps with her every night, just like her real cat did. I would highly recommend Petslify.

This was an amazing gift to keep my pups memory alive he’s so life like there are times in my peripheral vision I think it’s him looking at me . My recommendation to anyone and everyone if your on the fence it is worth the investment to order. Tips: pick the photo with most visual expression and from all angles use different phot to show how they actually look. Make sure you pay for preview it is worth it . If you find something a bit off they fix it in timely manner as they did for me.this was the best purchase I ever made , thanks petslively

Terrible product looks nothing like any animal I've seen Scammers

I ordered from Petslify on 11/24/25 and paid extra for rush delivery (4–6 weeks), hoping this would arrive for Christmas for my children after the loss of our pet.

The first “plush review” on 12/14/25 was awful. I ordered two plushies of the same pet, but they looked like two different animals and neither resembled our pet. Colors were completely wrong, heads were lopsided and uneven, despite providing detailed photos and instructions.

I submitted corrections and more photos. The second review on 12/27/25 was just as bad—now with white tails that were never correct. After Christmas had already passed, I asked them to simply fix the tails to gray. The third review on 1/5/26 somehow made things worse, with black tails and even more uneven, misshapen plushies.

After being well beyond the paid rush timeline, I requested a refund. Up until then, all communication was with an obvious AI chatbot (“Alex”) using scripted responses. When I asked for my money back, a “specialist” named Sarah joined the chat—who also appears to be AI—and denied a $59 creative fee, incorrectly citing federal trade laws, despite the plushies clearly being defective.

My orders are now months late, unusable, and appear to be sitting in a warehouse in China. Since requesting a full refund MULTIPLE TIMES for both orders, I’ve been ghosted, aside from repeated proofs of the same unacceptable products. Given the cost and emotional significance, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I do not recommend Petslify.

I really loved working with Petslify! I lost my 19 year old Tortoiseshell May 25th 2025 and it was the absolute hardest day of my life. Twix was my soul cat, and I did not know how I was going to live without her. I contacted Petslify to make her plushy and the process was easy. The waiting was hard. I got sent the finished product and I loved it! They asked if I wanted anything changed but I loved what they did.

I loved my dog so much and needed a replica of him to keep him forever in my heart! Petslify did just that and really captured my baby! Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Customer service was great. They generally had quick responses. Within a day or two. I paid for the preview option which I highly recommend. This would have been a totally different review otherwise. I had to have them make changes twice. And I ended up with a clone that was earily so much like my soul dog that had passed away.
