Petsome Reviews

The company is new but seems reputable. They need to work on communication skills but seem to be improving. I’m happy with their style.

A really lovely doughnut bed so soft and comfy. Our 2 border terriers love it we had the medium size so only one fits at one time. They are taking it in turns! The quality is very good standing up to border terriers play.

My dog is a pet ambassador this brand was so nice and easy to work with!! And comes with cool perks if you’re in the program. My dog loves their products.

Our dog loves his new brushes and bath tools, good quality and good communication. Wondering what actually happens now as an ambassador?

Great quality! Love the toys!

Our dog loved all the things we ordered from Petsome. From the color to the material, everything is so perfect. He absolutely adores them and the dog toy we ordered has become his bestie already!!Petsome team is so considerate and genuine…. They truly make your experience exceptional. Special shout out to Katie from petsome’s team for connecting us with petsome!

My cat is a ambassador at petsome. We received a bed and my cat loves it. Good service. We live in Holland so delivery took a little but that’s okay we are very happy!

Beautiful toys, thank you !

They went above and beyond to help me find the right toys for my puppy! Transactions went smoothly and they arrived when it said it would!

Great product, takes some time to fully flourish since it’s vacuum packed but it’s amazing!!

Dog loves her new bed

Team have been so kind and warm! Coco loves her nee things! Would definitely recommend to other pet parents!

Our cats, Milo and Finn, love their bandanas so much! They are so comfy and just fit right over their collars.
Petsome has a lot of great products.

My cat loves his new donut bed and they are very kind and professional.

Honestly the communication alone was phenomenal, I found out the exact date I was moving and got worried that my package would after the move. They were great in informing me that my worries would not occur and my package would arrive on time. In addition, the dress and Hawaiian shirt were amazing! I loved how stretchy and breathable they are, helps with how hot it gets here during Arizona summers. 10/10 would buy again! Will be making more purchases in the future! ❤️

I was contacted via Instagram with an offer of joining the program and receiving either 3 toys, a small to medium bed or a blanket for free, all I had to pay was shipping. Sounded great but my Lab wouldn’t fit on a medium as he’s quite big so I paid the extra for a large bed (it was like £2-£5) went to checkout, £39.95 for shipping. I understood this and decided to look past it as I know that these products were still heavily discounted and paying £39 for a bed that’s meant to be £109. Then read the reviews on here. Contacted them asking for a refund or partial refund and for the order to be cancelled. I did have to fight for communication and due to circumstances all these messages were missed meaning the order still came. Like a month later I received the bed, it’s not bad but far too small for my lab, maybe more suitable for a small spaniel but you definitely need to check their size guide before ordering. Be warned the beds do shed a lot and aren’t the most plump but not a bad bed for the average pet.
Update:
Luckily I have now received a full refund (this was made as an exception) and the communication I have had since has we great.
Take this as note that if you experience any issues, contact the team ASAP and if your message is missed keep trying.

Have been lovely, explain everything & answer any questions you may have. We have 3 toys from petsome & Ziggy loves them. Great quality items and super cute

The toys are great quality and the accessories are adorable!

Mr Pickles loves his toys the shipment was fast and the team has been a joy to work with.

My dogs were so excited when their toys from petsome came in. My mini Aussie loves his octopus and my lab is obsessed with his dinosaur. Usually my Aussie rips apart his toys but he hasn’t yet I think his octopus is his new best friend. They both enjoy the feeding lick pad as well.

Got a donut bed and blanket for my pup and she LOVES them! Her bed is her favourite :) thanks so much!
