Petterman 

This company is a SCAM! Ordered an XL green jacket with an attached hood and they sent 2 pieces of a S size jacket with a separate zipper and hood. They refuse to refund our money so we will report them to the BBB.

As soon as I get my refund from J. Peterman, I will never every order from them again. Since they were taken over by new management everyhing has changed. I've been a J.Peterman consumer for over 10 years. I loved not only the style but also the quality and expecially that they had my size as I'm a tall large woman. Now the sizing is different, quality wanting and style lacking. Back to getting my refund -- if I hadn't called asking when I would receive a jacket that I'd ordered and should have gotten by a decent even with the pandemic. C.S. told me the item hadn't been sold since 2018!! Yet the jacket was still being advertised. I don't think I would not have gotten my money back if I han't called. I warn everyone purchasing from J.Peterman to keep a copy of their purchase and stay on top of receipt to make sure it is sent or other wise they will keep your money!!!

HORRIBLE. Definitely a scam. Tracking does not work and the tracking tab on their website isn't linked to anything. Their customer service is non-existent.

Another Terrible scam website from China sending low quality products much later than promised with little to no customer service or ability to refund money a complete waste of time and now I have to contact my credit card or PayPal to get a refund. These companies do this all too often it’s disgusting

Placed an order on December 15, 2020. Never received the item I ordered and emails have gone unanswered. Tracking # doesn't appear to be associated with any known carrier and tracking tab on their site isn't linked to anything. Contacting my CC Bank to see if they are aware of other fraud cases with Petterman or is this just really bad customer service, either way I would be leary of ordering from Petterman.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This company is a scam and awful. They should be reported to BBB, etc. On their website it clearly states 7-12 days for shipping. It took 6 weeks to get my jacket. When arrived, poor quality but it was way too large, not true to size. I have been trying to return it and get my refund, and they wont refund my money. I followed all of their return policies, etc. They are treating it as a negotiation and will not refund my money or give me a return shipping address. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, etc.

HORRIBLE experience. Placed an order for over $100 at the end of Nov., 6 weeks later (early Jan.) it still has not arrived. 1 email notification regarding tracking the shipment was sent Dec. 8th, and not another word about the shipment or the actual order since. Multiple attempts to email them (they don't provide a phone # anywhere - of COURSE!) were futile, only response I got told me exactly what the email with the tracking # had told me, and that was 4 weeks later. Blamed it on a Covid slowdown, and won't reimburse my money. Uh... 6 DAYS might be because of Covid, 6 WEEKS is a company with absolutely NO customer service not fulfilling their order.
