Fit the car perfectly . But the sliding door . Falls off the runners if the dog pushes it or paws it . He’s not going mad in the crate ( he’s crate trained) he can stand and turn around don’t know why . I have tryed everything. But it still pops out of runners seems a little weak thin metal. .

Ordered a cage for a 22 Renault Kadjar - it arrived promptly.

It did not say it was for a Renault Kadjar on the box but when I rang up they said that is because Renault would charge them a large fee for using their name.

It is not easy to put together as the clips don't have enough tolerance.

Worse still it doesn't fit the Kadjar as the sides of the cage impinge on the boots moulded lining causing scratches to the lining. Have checked everywhich way to make it a better fit but in the end we have to have the back seats partly down. Will be giving it away as I can't return it -

I am sure it will fit other cars but I would not buy another of these cages. I think there are much better ones on the market (that will fit guaranteed) - they are more expensive but you usually get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Ordered a cage after reading the website which stated that if you wanted to exchange this could be done. Cage arrived promptly the next day which was excellent, it was just a bit small so contacted them by phone as per the website and a male employee told me to email so a dpd label could be sent and I could pay extra for the bigger one. Did exactly that and then told we don’t do exchanges despite the website clearly saying it and when that was emailed over they said it’s incorrect. Talk about letting themselves down the delivery was brilliant but then the after sales is poor. I would nt mind the other cage was 100 dearer and I even said to the man. On the phone I d pay for the swap if needed.

Just received a travel crate to fit my mini clubman 21plate. Having read another review I was concerned it would be too high so assembled it in my car just in case. It fits perfectly. I feel much better knowing that my whippet/ collie with be secure when out and about. The delivery was also great, really quick.

Ordered a crate to fit my make & model LR Freelander 2. It arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and a perfect fit for the car. Quality seemed pretty good as well. Unfortunately, my dog was a bit too big to be comfortable in it. I asked if it was returnable, got a prompt reply ("yes") and suggestions to find a courier company. The full refund was back in my account just a few days after returning it. So good product and helpful customer service. Would use again.

Bought a cage listed for my car.
Had to put the cage up inside the car only to find out it did not fit and it ripped roof interior
Messaged them and they asked me send a picture of my car and the dismantled cage next to it.why I don't know.
Then they told me I would have to pay £23 for a courier to collect it to return.
Disgusting service.advertise a cage that states its for a car.doesnt fit and then charge me to return

Excellent service and quality product.
Ordered the wrong cage and called to organise an exchange. The original delivery was picked up the following day and the replacement arrived the next working day. Very friendly staff who know the products and are very helpful. Highly recommended.

Medium dog guard fitted on Hyundai ix35 2010 to 2015 plate with sunroof. Arrived promptly the day after ordering. Whilst this dog guard seems quite sturdy & substantial once fitted, it’s a nightmare to fit, you definitely need 2 people & it doesn’t line up properly with the headrest rods (whichever ones you use). I’m not looking forward to removing it & putting it back on if I need to drop my seats forward. Unfortunately there were also 4 nuts missing & as it was a Friday evening they were not open again till Monday so had to get some nuts from somewhere else so I could use it over the weekend.

Speedy delivery fitted back of my car perfect but Absolutely garbage. I needed a cage with a sliding door ASAP bought this 1 nothing lined up runners put on slanted which threw all the cage out . Sliding door got trapped on rubbers had to force it off which then ripped the rubbers .I did send pictures in about the cage and was told that they could see nothing wrong. Three guess where mine ended up....
At the end of the day it's cheap tack made with cheap materials which they are charging top dollar for.
Do yourselves a favor n buy a proper cage from a good firm don't rush into it like I did.

Never received. Mike the delivery driver signed for it himself and how they can't do anything as it says it was delivered when it was not. I have to take it up with courier which is an absolute joke. Paid for item not received and just pushed to courier once taken my money and can't do anything that its not been received! AVOID!!

Excellent customer service. I called them on Thurs afternoon to check dimensions of 32” crate for my 20 plate Mini Cooper hatchback.
Ordered online after the call and it arrived the following morning. Crate fits perfectly with boot floor on lower level.
Perfect for my two small dogs.
Also love the sliding door feature. I haven’t seen this on any other brand.
My only suggestion for improvement would be a solid base/tray, but easily sorted with an extra thick blanket for my pampered pooches delicate little paws!

Good quality dog guard. Easy to fit. A bit fiddly but fine.
Adjusts to the correct size .

Very helpful on the phone when I rang for advice a few days before I placed my order online which was dispatched the same day and I received delivery the following day. Good quality crate and the anti-vibration rubbers included reduce rattling considerably. I have previously ordered from this company a few years ago but now downsized from a double crate to a single and so glad I went back to them again. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Does what it says on the can, and very easy to assemble.

Excellent cage. Fits both car and dog, easy to assemble and anti-rattle system works a treat.

Cage does not fit my 69 plate BMW 3-Series despite being advertised as such

The service was absolutely brilliant! We ordered it on Thursday and it was delivered on Friday with no charge for postage. As it was difficult to know that the cage would actually fit in our car we also had the option to return it free of charge. I can only recommend Petworldcages!

Great crates for dogs. Had an issue with my car boot and they swapped it over to the correct size within 2 days and no postage.....you can beat that for service.

Smashing cage arrived but sadly I had not measured hatch depth correctly!! Swapped for slightly smaller cage which arrived with defects! Swapped again and all is well! Very well made cages but even better the communications! David and the team were super helpful and friendly , thank you once again.
