I ordered 8pm and it was delivered next day - brilliant service! Highly recommended and I'll be ordering future supplies. Lovely idea having loyalty card too.

I find the service from petzrus second to none. To have ordered an item at 10am and then recieve it the same day with no delivery charge is just fantastic.

Excellent, very convenient as me and the wife both work full time so it saves us a trip at the weekend when ran out. Competitive prices and Friendly staff.

I placed my first order a couple of weeks ago and the service i received was excellent. As a dis-organised person i had ran out of food in the morning and Petzrus were able to deliver the same afternoon which i was very grateful. It was very easy to order on the net and super speedy delivery. Will certainly be using next time. Highly recommended. Jess

From start to finish the experience was fantastic from the order through to the conformation e-mails and the delivery from Ian who is very polite,he carried the huge bag of dog food through to the kitchen for me and he met our dogs which he adored.

When I phone through my orders the service you receive is always polite, courteous and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the website is easy to use as well, I just prefer to speak to people on the telephone.

When the food is delivered at either my place of work or home, wherever is most convenient for me, Ian always does the delivery, he is also very polite, courteous and helpful. The dogs love him, and that tells me a lot about a person and its not just because he delivers their food. I have recommended Ian who is Petzrus to friends and will continue to do so.

I order dog food regularly from PetzRus. The staff are always very helpful and accommodating as I'm usually desperate for the order having forgotten to buy any. Delivery is always prompt and efficient. The website is easy to use and the different payment options are useful.

Really impressed with how quick and efficient this service was. I always think I've got enough food in for the boys and then realise at the last minute I've run out! Having a 1 year old makes it difficult to just "pop out" to get dog food so I thought I'd try something different. Can believe how easy it was to order. The emails to confirm the order and the processing of it were useful and the food was delivered so quickly the following day with a smile and friendly face! Easy to order, online or by phone. Easy to pay. No carrying heavy bags of food. Good offers and wide range of stock. Always a smile from Ian when he delivers.

I am a busy mum and work full time and things do get forgotten and the amount of times I have gone to where out pet food is kept to see there is little left is untrue. I have started using petzrus as I can just go online at any time and order safe within the knowledge that it will be with me within a couple of days. Prices are very competitive and it makes it a no brainer to use this service. Also I believe in trying to support local businesses. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Petzrus are really great, they save me so much time. It's easy to order on line and you often get the order the same or next day. They are also helpful by letting you know the order status and will substitute items they don't have in stock which means my dogs don't miss out. Brilliant company!

I have been using Petz r us for around 4 months now , I have a 9 month old sproker puppy and have found this service a god send. Knowing they deliver to my area twice a week Means I don't have to plan too far in advance. When I have had an urgent order to place they have always been willing to help . There range of goods on the web site extensive and they will phone you with any problems with your order . They run a loyalty card but it's going to take me a year to fill it!! and I spend a fair bit! . Over all a fab service .

I am very impressed with the company. I placed my order on a bank holiday Monday evening and the goods were delivered the next afternoon! I can't ask for better service than that.

I have been using PetzRUs for about 6 months now, and they have made my life so much easier. I am quite disorganised, so it is great that they usually deliver to me the same day (I am in Dorset)! Their prices are competitive, and I love the incentive where you get £5 off an order when you've filled a card with stickers. I would recommend them to anyone! Just one question - when are you going to start doing live food for reptiles, so that I can order that from you too! :-)

PetzRus runs a super service. There is no more carrying heavy bags of dog food home it is delivered direct to your door at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try.
