Pexo Labs is a research compound supplier based in New York. We sell high-purity peptides and related compounds for analytical and laboratory research only. Nothing we sell is intended for human or animal use, and we say that plainly on every product page and every vial. What we care about most is documentation. Every batch is tested by an independent U.S. lab operating under ISO/IEC 17025 aligned quality systems and GLP protocols, and the certificate of analysis for that batch is posted on the product page before you order. Each COA carries a verification code you can check on the testing lab's own website. If we don't have the COA yet, we don't list the product for sale. We only release batches that test at 99% purity or higher by HPLC, and every vial is marked with its batch number so you can match it to the exact report. We ship from the United States. Orders placed before 3 PM EST on a business day ship the same day, tracking is emailed as soon as the label prints, and shipping is free on orders over $200. Optional shipping protection covers loss, theft or damage in transit. We also run a rewards program that earns points on every order and a membership program with monthly store credit and member pricing. Our support team is available by chat and email, and we answer every question the same day. I’ve placed a few orders through Pexo Labs now, and the entire site experience is amazing. Navigating the store is super intuitive, checkout is effortless, and my packages consistently show up faster than expected with zero issues.
What really sets them apart for me is the transparency. Having direct access to independent, third party COAs for every single item right on the product page provides huge peace of mind. On top of that, their packaging is always clean and discreet, and their customer support team responds quickly whenever you have a question about an order. Highly recommend!
