As much as I like pexx due it's ecosystem with crypto the experience had been really hectic for me. One incident I sent 3$ worth money via erc20 to deposit in the pexx, it didn't went through. They said there will be refund. Then later they gave refund but I got 1$ back. Because of the gas fees and stuff of crypto. Today it costed me double payment. I used their card in suno. Suno declined the card and they charged it. Now they are saying, it got authorized but it got held by the bank, if the Marchant doesn't capture the payment I will get my money in my wallet. It occurred because of their risk management system! I have to wait for 3-5 working days to be confirmed to get that money back in my card. It was 30$ payment. And if card gets declined then why bank authorized?! Later I completed the payment with other method. I don't know if i'd get my money back or not! Made 3/4 transactions. Everytime something bad happened.

UPDATE: I got the money back. But they cut 1$ for the refund charge. But that shouldn't be the case.

A lot of fee. They said it's only 0.6% and 1.2% fee but actually it's not...
They deduct 0.5$ per transaction
Also deduct money without any transaction history lol
