Arrogant und nicht kundenorientiert

Die Reparatur unseres Fenstergetriebes wurde am 29.08.23 als dringend beauftragt. Nachdem ich heute mit Frau Jo[...]el von der Telefonzentrale telefoniert habe, stellt sich die Situation für mich wie folgt dar:

1. Die Kollegin, die die Monteure plant, war im Urlaub und kommt morgen (Mi.) wieder. Danach wird sie sich durch ihre E-Mails arbeiten und sich dann irgendwann(...) bei mir melden.
2. Eine Durchwahl wollte man mir nicht geben.
3. Die Dame der Telefonzentrale, nach ihren Worte eine Immobilienfachfrau, (Zitat) "belehrte" mich in einer aus meiner Sicht arroganten Weise.
