Your diesel prices are very high. I have to fuel up my truck at the other gas stations.

It takes too long to get new cards.
The discounts are not even worth signing up for.
We use it to have all fuel accounted for but we do not get much back for it and would look at an alternative if it came by. Very Very hard to ever talk to a person.

The speed, accuracy and the time the P-Fleet staff put into their response on our inquiry regarding "Gas Theft" (loaded Unleaded instead of Diesel) was instrumental in our management's discovery of these occurrences which transpired from April 15th, 2026, to July 15th, 2026.
This is why we have been a Loyal P-Fleet Customer since 2009. They are highly customer-service oriented and are simply "Excellent Service" personified. Especially, Allen Rios.

P-Fleet hands down has been the absolute best fuel card service by far. Unlike other companies like Wex who will leave unit stranded and not able to full P-Fleet services will always come through.

Management of fleet operations is easy to control online and discounts are emailed periodically.

We have been a client for a little over 8 years. P-Fleet is very easy to work with. Their online platform is easy to navigate. Whenever we have an issue, they are quick to respond. Other fuel companies offer discounts when you start, but after a while, they start charging fees for their services. P-Fleet doesn't charge for their services.
