Paul is an amazing, dedicated and passionate about his job. In my dark moments, straggling with debt, overwhelmed and insecure Paul was like a ray of light, so patient, calmed, supportive. Clearly explained all my options, guided me through all the process and also offered support after everything concluded. I would easily say that he treated me as a friend. And I'm very thankful for it. Whish everyone had working standards as high as he have.

Paul has been nothing short of amazing in explaining me my options and then getting me a solution to my debt. Being in debt is never easy. I was at a point where I couldn't see anyway out of the ever deepening hole I was in. I'd reached a point where I had borrowed more than I could comfortably pay back. I was down to one meal a day and felt really low. I'd tried to get consolidation loans to try and reduce my debts but my credit rating was basically screwed. I didnt know what to do. I was almost praying for a miracle to happen.

Out of nowhere I got a call offering me some debt management advice. Normally I'd have told the caller to get knotted. But there was something telling me that the friendly and honest voice on the other end of the phone genuinely wanted to help me.

I found out the voice belonged to a man by the name of Paul.

It turns out that Paul was the miracle I was hoping for.

Paul understood everything I was saying and spoke to me with a real empathy and I could tell that this wasn't just a sales angle. He wanted to help me get my life back.

Not just financially but MY LIFE! He was shocked to learn that I was working almost 100 hours of overtime each month just to get by.

Paul introduced me to an IVA. Although I had heard of an IVA I had not understanding of what it was.

Paul explained all the details to me ... the good and what he thought were the bad.

Today my IVA was accepted and I am now in probably the best position I have been in a good number of years. I'm not going to get anyone knocking at the door now chasing payments. I can breath a huge sigh of relief.

Thanks to Paul and his out of the blue phone call I've got my life back and for the first time in a good long while I have the biggest smile on my face. Thank you Paul. You are an amazing man. The world needs people like you in it!

I was embarrassed an felt like no where to go with my debt issues an ft judges an had nowhere to go an my monthly life was working to pay everyone an struggle with food heating etc . I stumbled upon Paul an within a day of on an off talking he made me realise what my options were .
