No Help at All

This is a real conversation from a visit to the store at Coconut Point, Estero, Florida:
(My husband) "I'd like to get a nice set of irons without spending a whole lot of money"
(Young clerk, barely looking up from his phone) "Well, if you're not going to spend a lot of money, I can't help you." (Goes back to looking at his phone.)

There were lots of workers there, mostly practicing their own shots. We actually had to wait for them to move off te simulator to try a few clubs.
No thanks, PGA.

My favorite location of my favorite store

I love going to the PGA Superstore.... Uh, it's like Disney World for an old man like me. Sooo...My wife and mother in law drop me off here to browse and sometimes shop if I'm lucky while they're doing the series shopping, but in particular, uh, the location on accent, a couple young men that work there are very patient with me and always pleasant and accommodating even when it's 10 minutes to close. Colton and Mathew both need to be recognized by the company for just being exactly the kind of employee that anyone would want knowledgeable friendly and they generally come across like they love what they do.So thanks guys for being patient with an old man

Tried to buy a new powered golf cart

Tried to buy a new powered golf cart. They declined my card twice, saying I had the wrong card info. My bank sent me a message both times saying someone was trying to use my card. I never have this issue, something SUPER sketchy going on here that I don't know about if my bank thinks this was a scam. This was my first attempt to shop with them, and I wouldn't be surprised if some mysterious charges appear on my statement next month. No trust. No service. No way I ever shop here again. People that say anything good about this business should have their opinions tossed where they belong, in the trash.

Absolute joke

Ordered a wedge to match my others, received a wedge with a different shaft. Slow communication, eventually got an unuseable returns label that involved a 2hrs round trip to drop off at DHL depot. Refusal to offer any alternative solution and then ceased communication.

Stuck with a club I'll never use.

Rubbish customer service, rubbish communication timeframes, rubbish policies, rubbish company for one that states "The PGA TOUR Superstore stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having satisfied customers that love golf and tennis as much as we do. That's why we offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, simply return it, in original condition within 30 days for a full refund with receipt"

Absolute joke of an organisation and I…

Absolute joke of an organisation and I will never be stupid enough to order from them again.

I ordered a Johan Lindeberg top and it has not arrived, and is looking like it is not going to arrive.

Despite numerous communications with their customer service team I have received no resolution. They expect me to run about chasing couriers or just wait indefinitely for the item to be delivered.

The item was only £60. In the interests of customer satisfaction I would have expected them to refund me my money and hope that my experience had not put me off buying from them going forward. They did dangle a refund in front of me then in the next communication retracted it due to some excuse not of my creating. The courier have confirmed to me that they cannot find the item and it is most likely lost which was forwarded to PGA Tour Superstore however even that has not expedited a resolution.

Be warned!!!!!!!

Service and delivery for ordering club sets

My experience at PGATSS needs to be socialized. I went to the store, looking for a new set of clubs to enjoy retirement. I ordered a relatively mainstream set of clubs and spent in excess of $3500. The fitter at the store was great, asked where I needed help, what I currently had in the bag. Hit about 80 balls to figure out every club and shaft. Four hours later, we got the orders in and felt pretty good about the investment.
Now the bad news. The service after the sale has been horrible! I waited for 4 weeks to get a stock putter, 5 weeks for the irons set and woods. It is now 8 weeks and I am still out my hybrid and two Vokey wedges. Contact with service is little more than 'gosh, we don't know'. Tried using their tracking app which does not work at all, unable to log into any of the four order numbers to get updated information. What is normal? I would expect to get the full set of clubs within 4-6 weeks as stated. Two months later, I am exasperated beyond compare, with no idea when the outstanding clubs might be shipped or received, and a customer service group that has no value or results. I would give them zero stars, if it were possible. If you don't buy it off the rack, don't buy it.
Update, 10 Oct 2024, finally received my vokey wedges and hybrid, but with different grips or else I had to wait several more weeks. Do you want to wait 12 weeks for a set of clubs?

I ordered 72 golf balls and they never arrived. Again like another customer they said to check with my neighbours. I am in a small community so they never arrived.
I was charged twice for this delivery and have never received anything. It is a fraud and should not be trusted.

Golf ball delivery SCAM

Waited over a month for golf balls delivery. Then their delivery service (it is unclear who they are) says it was delivered when it wasn’t. They wanted me to check with my neighbors and local post office which I did. Then they wanted to charge me $5 to track THEIR order. This place is a scam. No way to get your money back.

This place has a terrible selection & service. I would definitely go to 2nd swing for massive selection, great fitting & service. I went there to inquire about installing a golf simulator in my house. The guy at the fitting area pretty much told me it starts at $20k, snubbing me & assuming I couldn't afford it. So I decided to go on my own & install a $30k simulator at my house. Also went & bought my new $1200 ping irons at 2nd swing.

Ordered a set of Callaway 4 pc junior…

Ordered a set of Callaway 4 pc junior set on July 19th. Paid extra for the 3-5 day Guaranteed Ground shipping. Today, July 28th, I called and they put me on hold. When they came back on they said it would be shipped on July 29th. Their policy on shipping is the based only on the delivery time once the product is shipped by the vendor. Nothing is stated on their website that they don't actually carry the inventory ans have no control over when the vendor is going to ship the item. If the website claims the item is in stock, one should be fairly confident the item would be shipped on the next business day. This didn't happen and is completely misleading. I would have never ordered from PGA Tour Superstore if I knew this was how their online orders are processed. Waiting to hear back from someone higher up than the customer service line.

false price advertising

I went to the Plymouth Meeting store to buy golf shorts, I picked out three pairs of shorts on a wall labelled "Select Men's PGA Tour Shorts $24.99" when I got to the register all the shorts rang up $34.99, when I took the clerk back to where I saw the shorts and the signage she wouldn't honor the price on the sign. I had her scan all the items on that display and not one item was on sale at $24.99. The store manager also was not helpful. Seems like a bad practice for the PGA Tour Superstores to follow, bait a purchase, just to have a different price at the register, customers need to be aware of their practices.

Refused to return a defective Csllaway…

Refused to return a defective Csllaway wedge that was used to hit 20 balls off the grass. Brand new ! Chrome peeled off the heel. Instead told I needed to wait to be fixed. Great, I’ll just wait a month while you send back a defective product to be fixed. The management at the Schaumburg store are all terrible. I’ll never buy anything from the PGA Superstore.

Disappointment

Bob, the manager at PGA superstore in Plantation Florida calls me at 10:58 AM to notify me, my clubs have arrived, and I specifically mentioned to Bob the manager. There are special instructions for my grips to be replaced with the grips that come from the factory. Bob, the manager seem confused when all I said to him was look at the notes on the invoice … Bob then proceeds to tell me that he can’t find invoice… after a few minutes, put on hold he calls me back reassuring me. It will be all taken care of to my surprise I arrive at 6:30 PM with no grips on clubs. after a few minutes, arriving with the help from the girl behind the counter, the invoice was found with the instructions .. I think Bob just never took the time to look for my invoice and left my clubs sitting there for seven hours with nothing done to them.. and after all that Bob, the manager from Plantation could tell me sorry for the inconvenience hogwash! I like to thank Bob and the PGA superstore you lost a loyal customer

Bad Customer Service and QC

I ordered a couple of Foot Joy Sta-Sof gloves from PGA Tour Superstore. Both arrived in a timely fashion, but I could tell both had been opened previously, as the gloves were not smooth and not folded in their original positions. Fine, the first glove was the right size and looked new. The second glove was a ladies, different model, in a package of the model I ordered. So I know this glove was definitely used, and most likely a return that someone placed in the wrong packaging. I called customer service and was told that a replacement glove would be sent immediately, along with a return label for the wrong glove. Neither had arrived. Now I'm going to call again and complain and no longer be nice about it. This is absurd.
