poor service

This company is a joke, you cannot log into your account to download bills, the site simply is non functional. have chased, complained, but it falls on deaf ears. I have an app downloaded, but this is the same useless. Boses at this highly paid organisation dont care as far as they get the fat cheques every month. You are stuck man, this is a joke. I would give this company -10 for lack of service. They are simply not worth the dollar. The site is non functional.
