LJ came in and resolved the issue very quickly and professionally

Great service from start to finish. The plumber was professional, punctual, and very polite. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean and tidy. Really impressed with the quality of work — I would definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

Quick response to call to assess problem, early appointment made and prompt arrival for appointment, very pleasant to deal with and clear in assessing problems and requirements, as evidenced by detailed photos.

LJ visited our house within 3 hrs, and was so helpful and kind! He explained all of the issues and what he did to fix them.

Like others on this review section I have no complaints about the workman although he was 35 minutes late to attend the property. Although his controller was advised of the parts needed ( a stopcock and a garden tap ) he had neither of these items onboard the van and had to spend an hour going to the nearest retailer to buy them.
The billing is the reason for 1 star review. To change a stopcock and garden tap totalled £ 952.38
A staggering amount I think anyone would agree. The company insists on immediate payment and its not always easy to find this kind of money. The workman actually coins in and hourly rate of £ 239.00 an hour .(WOW i am in the wrong business ) I think the lesson here is do not panic and go with the first plumber you find in an emergency. Read everything and get another quote to compare against it. Personally i think this business sector might need more policing on pricing Probably will never use again. An expensive lesson learnt.

Nathan arrived as expected, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to solve it straight away. He was nice, friendly and confident in his experience.

Not only did our plumber fix our plumbing issue swiftly, he was able to book us in for our boiler service on the spot and carry it out the same day. Excellent service as always.

Great service. Efficient and Nathan was friendly!

Highly recommend. Nathan went above and beyond to ensure that our heating was working. We are a family with 2 young children and he travelled back across London in the evening, having already seen us earlier in the day - to ensure we had a warm home with working heating. Great service!

I paid PH247 £114 upfront for an urgent plumbing job. The engineer arrived without the right parts ( despite I gave them some details and photos about the issue ), they did NO repair, and left us with issue un-repaired therefore with no heating or hot water (with children in the house). I was then asked later for another £117 + VAT. Citizens Advice confirmed this is a likely breach of contract. Very poor service and not transparent. I hired another plumber and they did the job in less then 45minutes. Would NOT recommend !

No complaints about the operative or the job but the pricing was absolutely excessive. Having made me aware that I would be charged £144 if an operative came out and I refused their on site fixed price for the job; having provided, on their webpage, average hourly rates for plumbers and estimates for some typical jobs which were quite reasonable, they then went on to gouge me for a staggering £714 for an hour's work with materials which amounted to a foot of copper pipe, two solder joints, some flux and solder and the gas to heat it.
I contacted them pointing out the total unreasonableness of their pricing and was treated to a specious argument revolving around the point that they do not charge an hourly rate to avoid costly overruns, instead going for a fixed price. This fixed price allowed for an overrun of at least three hours at what they listed as average plumber prices for Kent.
A total rip off!

Professional service, they spotted the issue very quickly

They are consistently super slow and very expensive. Simple jobs take forever to be done and require multiple visits, as well as cost x2 to market price - took my business to local plumber and found out things can be done from 1, and what they claimed are “non-standard details” is in fact standard and should be in hand with any decent plumber
