EDIT: They did pick up the phone after trying a couple times and managed to handle the problem and deliver the product. Perhaps christmas time they were overwhelmed with people needing customer service (can't imagine anyone having their product as gift tho!). Although it took some time to arrive, I'm generally happy with the product, It is comfortable and haven't had any issues with it. One recommendation to make would be to not use baby powder as it causes vacuum to leak air.
They don't reply to emails. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. I called their phone line and it just rings forever. I made the payment through PayPal, but their website did not recognise the payment and so my order is still not placed. I sent PayPal receipts to them but they won't reply! Absolutely terrible experience! I just want my money back!
