Why Phantom decides which coins allow to exchange and which not to allow? I bought a token, a really good project, it is developing, the token is in Phantom, but it suddenly became invisible, and they write to me that this is a spam token. But it trades perfectly on many platforms. I transferred it to another wallet and everything is fine. Why Phantom not allow me to see my tokens that I bought in my wallet? And not allow me to exchange them? I repeat, other wallets do not have such a problem.

Yes very bad experience by using this glitch full hacking wallet today I was lost near about 3lakh inr,please be aware from this fraudulent wallet.

Phantom is a complete scam. So many fake accounts and coins. Some are impossible to know if real or not. Bought what I thought was XRP, next thing I know all my money is gone.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WALLET! I lost all my assets without clicking on any links whatsoever! On the transaction/history activity suddenly i see there was an interference with "OKX App Interaction" by the hacker who stole all my assets! The hacker then dumps fake assets into my account. I have not interacted with any unknown links or external people! This is the worst wallet i've ever used! I wake up in the morning and suddenly all my assets are lost! I took it up with their support team in the hope i can recover my assets but there is no update from them yet! Even their support team is rubbish!

Scam. Unable to get paid. Customer service supplies generic responses. Attempted hacking of my wallet. Requested I pay them in order to have my funds released.

Lost all my assets, never pressed on the scam coins that you get, when purchasing something, was holding to all security recommendations, haven’t even find out how it happened. The only reason that I could think off is that, the drainage happened after one day of receiving some airdrop in binance, because it was connected to phantom wallet. Very poor security, avoid it !!!

Scamming bastards poor security, i will be taking these scammers to court something needs to happen, i have lost over 50k in crypto because of these losers. They have purposely designed the app for hackers to use and abuse. They know this but wont take any accountability for their poor security, hence why you cannot speak to anyone from the company directly. It is obvious this "pirate company" is working with these hackers to profit. Its a big scam and until something happens to them nothing will change. I have contacted law firms and i have reported this to them i will be seeking the best solicitors for this matter because this needs to stop. Not just for me but for everyone else we are living in a world of greed and corruption.

Scam. They just pump and dump coins then delete all data on the coin for a few million each day 🤦🏼‍♂️

I have token on there and it just tells me migration required, without actually providing any migration options. No info online. No support. Assets there but inaccessible. Money lost.

As if that were not enough, Phantom now offers tokens with 0% risk, but they are unsaleable. They send you €4 in the currency and then they modify the metadata and the token can no longer be sold. It is a super scam.

Phantom is a complete fraud so not use this wallet they stold me more than 12000 dlls and asked me for 10000 more for insurance policy they are a complete fraud do not use this wallet it is scam

This app is criminal. Do not use under any circumstance you cannot cash out, swap, or send coins. When you ask customer support they spin you in circles for 3 weeks. All the while you just watch your token valuation drop over the time. I’m convinced they do this on purpose bc they don’t want you to cash out/ don’t have the liquidity to fund your cash out. So they make fake errors in the system so you can’t take money out. This happens on desktop and app. I opened 3 support cases. All they ever do is ask for videos and logs which I sent so many times but they have ZERO intention of ever fixing the issue. No NOT fall for this terrible app that steals your money. If you make anything on your trades send it direct to Coinbase or crypto.com do NOT put it into this app.

I think it’s a terrible Wallet, Phantom doesn’t have any protection against hackers. Also no accurate data support, so you loose money during transactions. My Phantom wallet has been taking over completely and left empty. I support KYC and that’s not possible with Phantom wallet

Don't use them because you won't make money than to lose your money.

I wish I had someone warned me before I dived in, they will manipulate everything and they can go to extent of suspending you account.

I recommend beyond standard. They pay with ease and the customer support is aways active to answer query.

I lost a 20x on a investment just because of a unverified token its my money to invest phantom let's me invest my eth in the token but don't let me collect my profit because it's a unverified token sounds like phantom is the scam why let me invest my money but not collect it? Scam

The worst support I have ever seen in my life. There is no email or phone number you can contact them. The only way to contact them is through AI assistant which is likely the most stupid AI assistant I have ever seen. When I tell him I want to talk to a human, he sends my issue to their support asking me for my email address. When I want to add any information, I can't do it because there email address "is not enabled to receive new requests." So again AI assistant and I tell him I want to talk to a human, he asks me for email address and when I give him my email address, he says I already have a ticket and to wait 2-3 hours. I waited 10 hours and nothing. I tell him again I want to talk to a human and he is asking me for email address. He says I already have a pending ticket, I say I need to add important information, he asks for email again, I give him my email and he says I already have a pending ticket. A never-ending loop. When I need an answer as soon as possible, I can't even contact them!!!

When you find any form of Phantom support on Google you will find only phone numbers of scammers. And if less-experienced users get scammed, it is Phantom's fault because they don't have any form of support so it is logical that the only thing the users find are phone numbers of scammers.
