This looks like a phony review from a 'professional' reviewer'. We do not have Kevin Ecom in our books as ever buying any product from us. We do not have any record(s) of email(s) received from this person.

For the avoidance of doubt, he should publish his story to include purchases made from us with dates and publish unanswered email(s) he claimed he sent.

Trust Pilot should investigate this to save us from this embarrassment and bogus non-existing poor rating with the objective of removing it from our website.

Paid but not received

Paid for the medication but never received anything.

As it turns out, the package had an incomplete address. I'll give pharma-aestetics the benefit of doubt as to who left out my street address.

I didn't get a tracking number until I inquired.

Mr. Wolfgang Grassberger ordered medication from Austria but gave an incomplete delivery address which made delivery impossible. Medicine was returned back to the U.K. (with proof of incomplete address), he was informed and advised to make arrangement for re-shipment with correct address but has not responded.

Completed the simple consultation and the team got back to me swiftly. Provided excellent information and offered advice on best options for me. Amazing service from Chantelle. I’m already a return customer.

Exceptional customer service

I received exceptional customer service from both
Chantelle and Cornelius who assisted me with the purchase of Ozempic injections to aid my weight loss. Not only was the process very easy to follow but I received ongoing support whilst taking the injections. Chantelle was very friendly and helpful - pleasant lady to talk to and had a lot of time for me with all my queries.
