Slow and inefficient
It took you 3 working days to prepare my order. It is now marked as delivered, but it was delivered more than a week after I ordered and in the meantime I left on holiday. No idea whether delivery really happened and in any case I had to buy the prisuct elsewhere. Never again.

You can order and pay for 10 items, and after few days they wrote you: "we can only sell 3 items per customer "

If you don't care about time, this service is for you
It took 10 days for the package from order to delivery . True with a holiday in between, nonetheless, no product was out of stock from the website. Support was not reachable via email. For something declared as "fast delivery" it's just a lie. Especially if packaging takes 80% of total delivery time (bpost took 2 days after a public holiday, which is ok I guess). Never again!

Pharmabox and Bpost not reliable
I ordered a Tempur pillow to be delivered to Germany, and the shipping timing seemed good, Pharmabox.be provided the tracking number from the carrier company Bpost, so I could follow the delivery status.
According to the tracking information from Bpost, my item was available in a pick-up point location, but not specifying where.
I didn't receive any other further information from Bpost, neither in my letter-box, nor in my email (and I checked the spam/junk folder).
So I don't know where is the pick-up location of my parcel.
In Bpost webpage there's no phone number or email in order to contact them for help.
I tried to reach Pharmabox by email and phone, in order to help me out with the carrier company, but no answer.
Current situtation is, I can't pick up the parcel, since I don't know where it is (if it was really delivered...). And I don't know if my money will be refunded eventually.
Overall: bad experience with both companies, Pharmabox and Bpost.
