Poor communication

I placed an order on 27/09, received confirmation then nothing more until yesterday when I got an email to say it was being refunded - no explanation.

I waited patiently for my order

I waited patiently for my order, and next thing I know, it's been cancelled and a refund offered. I mailed to enquire why they cancelled it and if I could reorder but, no reply. I DID get my refund though.
