I paid £65.00 for New Balance trainers that took over three weeks to arrive. When they did, they came without a box, were visibly creased, had marks on them, and did not appear to be in new condition. They were also uncomfortable and caused pain despite being advertised as orthopaedic.

Customer service was extremely disappointing. I was told to return the item to China at my own expense, which was never made clear at the time of purchase. They offered £20 towards postage, which still requires paying upfront and does not guarantee full reimbursement. They also refused to provide a prepaid return label.

This creates an unreasonable and unfair returns process, especially for faulty goods. The handling of this situation feels designed to discourage customers from pursuing a proper refund.

I have now had to initiate a chargeback to resolve the issue.

Took over 2 weeks to arrive. 6 days after ordering, it still did not show as dispatched. They are advertising the trainers as New Balance but when you finally receive them, they are so obviously fake. Cheap materials and certainly not worth the money paid for them. DO NOT use this company.

Please don’t buy anything from this company, they are a fraud, and I bought training shoes (New Balance) which were fake and the quality was very bad plus they asked me to deliver them back to China for the fake shoes!!
All the items are from China and it took almost one month to reach Uk.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I purchased items from this company who trade as Pharma-market UK expecting them to be based in the uk. However they are actually based in china selling poor quality “fake” brands! I ordered a pair of what I thought were New Balance trainers and a pair of toe post sandals. The sandals were cheap and nasty and the trainers obvious fakes! I contacted the company for return details and they gave me an address in China to which I had return them at my own expense. I did this but they were then held at customs in China so I contacted the seller and they said I had to pay customs to get them released, which I refused to do as I said that was their duty to do so, but they refused and would not refund my money! The package has just been retuned to me after 4 months and I have heard nothing from the company and no refund for the goods which are absolute rubbish!

Awaiting a replacement pair as there was a mix up with the sizes.

I would not buy from this company. The trainers I ordered a month ago still haven't arrived despite being told "yes they are in transit" which is rubbish as when you look at the tracking they have been in the last place in China for 2 weeks. Avoid them they tell you they will arrive in a few days which is not true. Spend your money on a reliable company even if it means the item costs more.

The product received was not as expected and appeared to be a low-quality imitation of a branded style. While the listing does not explicitly state a brand, the design is clearly intended to resemble well-known trainers, which is misleading.

After raising the issue, the company offered only a £15 partial refund instead of a proper resolution. When I declined and pursued a chargeback through my bank, I then received a threatening email advising me to withdraw the dispute or face “legal action”.

This behaviour is extremely concerning and unprofessional.

I have since been refunded by my bank, but based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this site.

Overall: misleading product, poor customer service, and aggressive communication when challenged.

I ordered New Balance trainers on 28/2/26 I am still waiting for them £64.95. Keep getting mixed responses when I contact them. I am in the UK. They are coming from China.
If you're in a hurry to get them don't bother.

The trainers arrived after a few weeks of waiting. They were far too small and obviously FAKE. Contacted them and was asked to keep the product for a 10% refund. I didn't want the fake goods so chose to return them at my expense which cost £23. My goods have been in customs in China since 9th January and I don't know when or if I'll get my money back. AVIOD AT ALL COST! CHEAP CHINESE FAKES AND A COMPANY WITH NO SCRUPLES. LEAVE WELL ALONE AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE FIRM

Total joke of a company delivery of items states 8 to 10 days 3 weeks later and nothing tracking hadnt moved in 2 weeks i emailed them to get a refund and was given an address to return the goods i havent received to China i emailed again stating i hadnt received the goods only to be told i couldnt have a refund as the goods has been sent out all of a sudden the tracking then updated 11 days later to exactly the same as it was before so still no progress whether i receive the goods remain to be seen but 8 to 10 days delivery is false advertising

Product arrived in perfect condition. Customer service excellent with quick responses. Very happy with the service.

Waited 5 weeks and parcel never arrived, numerous emails and requests to cancel the order and refund but instead informed it has been resent. So 6 weeks since ordered and no trainers or refund.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered orthopaedic trainers uk6.5 and after a long time they arrived as size 7.5! The customer care is shocking and no way to get a straight forward answer. Under the consumers rights act 2015! They should be shut down.
I’m so angry that I paid good money for no way to return or get a straight answer on how to or get refund.
Do not waste your time or stress.

I was happy with my sneakers, but the size was not true to UK7 , I always by them in the UK size 7. They kindly offered to replace my shoes, as the first order was delayed by two weeks, but then i was told to pay custom charges. So i never had to send the shoes back but after many emails, since my order placed begining of decememer I will finally get my shoes.

I couldn’t be more disappointed. When the trainers eventually arrived 16 days from the date of order they were MUCH SMALLER than sized rendering them useless. On top of that they are not genuine New Balance trainers but FAKE goods. The PHARMAMARKET website is very misleading with its claim of shipment in 1/2 days by Royal Mail when actually the shipment is coming from China. The reviews on the website are glowing written by very satisfied customers whereas an independent search for reviews for PharmaMarket reveals that my experience is common with numerous people receiving fake goods which are way too small. As for the refund process that’s unsatisfactory too.
