Fantastic service very easy to use
Fantastic service easy to use, clear visual instructions on your medication. Once ordered medication arrives very quickly. I already feel at ease that my medication is being managed in a caring way and in a consistent way that no matter where I am the nHS will have access to all my records

An Excellent App.
Have been using this app for four months now and it is a great imprudent on the older app. Completing the request is much easier and user friendly. Our prescriptions are delivered by Royal Mail within three or four days. As I have limited vision thank you for developing this first class app.

I think it is amazing.
I have used this app 3 times now and I think it is amazing. It is so quick and easy to use and I know at all times what stage the prescription is. it is so much quicker than using the NHI app, I can recommend it very happily.

I think the app is great
I think the app is great. I use it for repeat prescriptions. Much quicker & easier than ringing the surgery. There is a useful status tracker so I know when the prescription is ready for pick up or delivery.

Easy Ordering
PharmAppy is really easy to use and it is useful to be able to track the progress of my prescription.
Being able to add my mothers prescription was helpful as I have to order and sort her medication

I ordered my repeat prescription on…
I ordered my repeat prescription on Sunday evening via PharmAppy. My local pharmacy had the tablets ready on the following Tuesday. Excellent service. I was kept informed of each stage of the process i.e recieved request/approved by GP/being prepared/ready. One improvement would be to get a text or email at each stage with an alert or push notification rather than having to keep checking the app. Otherwise a great service

Really good app
