Absolutely disgusting excuse of a company. Really have no idea how they are managing to run. I waited months to give them the benefit of the doubt and already there are problems.

They highlight on their website “Order by 2pm to Receive Your Order Tomorrow” but fail to tell you that’s never ever the case. They act cocky when you say this. They then says “Oh it’s on our Website it’s not guaranteed”. Yes it’s on the website it’s not guaranteed, BUT IN SMALL WRITING ON THE FAQs. Funny how they make sure to not put this by the Countdown. Because they know, people wouldn’t use it then and they would lose money.

Absolute bunch of money grabbers. I am STILL WAITING after a week even though I paid for the next day service. They Pharmacy seem to not understand a box goes In another box and you send it off. I don’t know why it’s so hard to do. This company has no customer service. You paid tonnes for something and you might not even receive it at all, let alone on time.

They change the company once every like 18months because they get so many terrible reviews and lose customers they just move to another company until that does the same. Save your money honestly.

Absolutely DISGUSTING service, I tried to buy 2 asthma inhalers as I find it difficult to book reviews with a nurse etc. the system they use to check your identity did not work even though I followed the instructions. Therefore I was unable to order my product. HOWEVER THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND HAVE NOT REFUNDED IT. I have emailed 5 times over the last 6 weeks with only one generic reply!!!!!! I AM NOW REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS AS THE IDENTITY CHECK IS A WAY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT GIVING YOU THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED. SCAMMERS.

Only 1 of my items received, no answers to my emails and no other way of contacting them

dpd said they tried to deliver never heard the door go , so i tried to get parcel to be delivered again , the website would not let me so the next day i tried again , dpd had all ready sent the parcel back to pharmaxtra ,, as i need the parcel by the date i ordered it to come , i need to get some from somwhere elsa i am still weighting for my refund ? i have sent two emails no reply ,, also klarna have not come back to me ,, beware ,, if i get my refund i will take this down £80 for thin air is not on

DO NOT deal with these people they give you guaranties but do not stand by them , the product does not work and they will steal your money.

I bougth GUM PROTECT because my gums were receding, some times bleeding and very sensitive. Since I am using it my gums are much better. Sensitivity is gone and the general state has improved a lot.

SCAM. AVOID. Used to be reliable, but now seem to little more than a pathetic scam, perpetrated by the usual scum.

Made an order on the 1st of October and paid for express delivery and still haven’t received it. No reply to emails, won’t answer the phone but will take your money and leave you guessing.

Have changed their names.eumeds.com I think. Did do through a very bad phase a few years ago when deliveries where taking months to arrive, but now they are pretty good. Arrives within a few days from being okayed...keep ly complaints are I can only get 2 weeks worth at once and quite expensive p&p ...otherw8se pretty good

Re Gum Plus. Not what is advertised. I was expecting a gum gel which you apply to your gums of natural ingredients (aloe Vera, hyrulonic acid, herbs). Instead I received a toothpaste which looked similar to the advert, but contained a chemical soup with none of the aforementioned ingredients listed.
Took 2 weeks to receive the item, but the delivery tracker worked well, hence 2 stars

When I ordered their 'Flexishoulder' (a shoulder brace) which was supposed to 'relieve pain naturally' I did so because they were offering a 90day risk free trial. I therefore ordered thinking if it did not fit (as it was a one size fits all - it had velcro adjustments you could make - but I am quite a small female) I would be able to return it. I waited 14 days for it to arrive and when it did I could see it was unlikely to fit but I tried it on briefly over clothing and yes it was far too big. I carefully folded it and put it back in the bag but that was when my problems began. I emailed them asking to return it and got a very prompt email back saying that 'Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for this item once it has been opened and tried'. Many other emails ensued including a response from them as here: 'Regarding the 90-day risk-free trial, I appreciate your reminder. The intention behind this offer is to allow customers to try the product and see if it meets their needs. However, due to hygiene and safety policies, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened and tried on, even if they were worn over clothing.'?????? Basically there was NO '90 day 'risk free trial' because the minute it had been dispatched they were not interested. They asked for pictures which I sent, same reply back and their returns address on the package was an address for Yodel the carrier that brought it. Again and again they refused to take it back and refund my money. Luckily I had paid via Paypal and eventually (in Sept) I contacted them and they were very sympathetic and refunded the money ((£20.90) in full. But they shouldn't have to have taken the hit. Pharmaxtra does not follow its own stated policy and actually the seller is a Rogier's Ecom FZCO (according to Paypal) with products sent out by YANWEN which is probably China. DO NOT BUY their Flexishoulder unless you are willing to take the risk. You have been warned.

Ordered a product and assured delivery the next day after additional payment.
Received 4 days later/late. No reason given after numerous messages.
Actual parcel in bits and torn etc. No communication from vendor or courier. It all gave me the impression that I was being scammed!
There’s plenty other vendors out there, don’t waste your time and money on these cowboys!!

Ten out of ten service 2 days and parcel was with me now I can sleep very happy will use again
