I ordered 6 QV Gentle Wash 500ml at the beginning of May and have never received the order. Royal Mail Parcel Force claimed they tried unsuccessfully to deliver the order on 7th May. I arranged a redelivery to my daughter's address which was supposed to be delivered last week but never arrived. I have emailed Pharmazon Direct about this but not had a reply. I have messaged them again today asking for a replacement order or failing that, a refund.

Maloff Protect (for the prevention of malaria) was easy to order.
