Actually i don't want to give single star also , becoz of very very bad return policy they have , they are not taking packed atom ( seal not opened ), Previously i was a regular customer of pharmaeasy but now stopped ordering completely and will never order afterwards.....suggesting all don't order anything from them , they will change order without intimating and refuse to take atoms return ...very bad experience

They accepted my order on 8 Feb, took my full payment, then cancelled the order from their side due to non availability..they claim to have initiated refund but they say will take 10 days... Complete cheating of customers to make easy money..

My order was incomplete. Neither they delivered my stuff and dint refund me the money. They cheated me. They are not ready to accept my complaint. Very disappointed

Worst Experience, received the seal opened product and they do not exchanged or refunded my money.

I recently ordered medication online from PharmEasy, and the purchasing process was satisfactory. However, since then, I have been receiving daily promotional text messages from PharmEasy, which I find excessive and intrusive. Most individuals do not require daily medication reminders, and such frequent messaging feels more like harassment than helpful communication.

Unfortunately, there is no clear option to unsubscribe from these messages. I have attempted to find an unsubscribe link or instructions within the messages and on their website but to no avail. This lack of an opt-out mechanism is frustrating and does not align with best practices for customer communication.

Due to the absence of an unsubscribe option, I have decided to block their number to prevent further unsolicited messages. I hope PharmEasy will consider implementing a straightforward opt-out process to respect their customers’ preferences and reduce unnecessary communication.

fraud company .... don't buy any medicine from this website , i have ordered baidhyanath sidh makar dhavaj spl and they send fake company product .plz don't buy any product.

Pharmeasy lab phlebotomist are highly unprofessional and untrained at kalyan area, Mr. Ramaprabhu has given double needle prik to my Dad who is 70 yrs old, inspite of giving information earlier, I am being medical professionals has guided him ,however he did not understand rather he was arrogant, even for my blood check up also , it was bleeding he didn't carry vein detector , I have raised complaint to Pharmeasy but they don't have any answer, it' is really not a appropriate resolution for such incident

I got a wrong item from pharmeasy and requested to refund it,but they took the item and transferred money to pharmeasy wallet.

So when I tried to use that money it is unable to use it (can't order any items)

When I tried to order less price items worth of 25₹ it is showing 300 ₹ to pay extra amount like carry charges and also unable to use it ( no option to process)

I really felt bad they took my money and also items so I suggest not to buy any items from them .

Never get your tests done from pharmeasy... They never provide reports on time neither they commit when the reports will be available. Customer service is useless and absolutely of no help.

Very pathetic service & support. They started delivering opened & used medicines too. Moreover, if you ordered a bottle of medicine then it has every possibility that it is a used one with lesser quantities. If you lodged a complaint no body is ready to assist. There team not interested to listen there customer grievances.
Stay on highly alert prior to order with Phrameasy.

Such a pathetic shipment service. Placed my order on 30th of July, got assured that the medicine will be delivered by 1-2 August. Got it postponed by them not once, twice, thrice but four times. I guess, accountability gets multiplied when it comes to health care sector.
Kindly work on this.

Two pathetic issues.. I ordered for simple Eno Rs.10 sachets and they billed and sent me 5 eno bottles. Complaint number 20509880 but they closed the ticket without resolution neither exchange nor refund. They call you before delivering and if you are driving during that time , they don’t even come to premises and check if someone is there. They don’t deliver.This happened while I was in India.

Your company doctor informed us that a certain brand of a medicine was not available after we had ordered it.
We told the doctor to cancel those unavailable medicines.
We ordered those from another source.
Later a representative informed us that the medicines are already being delivered and we are instructed to return them after delivery.. or reorder giving extra express delivery charges.
When we informed that we will leave town tonight and so it would be extremely inconvenient to do these...we received no concrete solution to the problem.
Being practising doctors ourselves as well as Medical teachers...we are thoroughly disgusted with your treatment of the problem..
And we feel this company is just out to cheat patients instead of doing honest business.

Worst experience I had with these guys.
I ordered 1 karela janum bottle and gout tablets of 6 strips.
But I received only karela bottle and no tablets.
And finally they say that we have sent the tablets and no refund.

They play tricks with customers . They show the medicine rate less on website. Customers order after showing the price but get less amount of medicine or wrong product.

Viswas karne layak nhi hai ye company.

Save your self customers.

We were the victims of their tricks.

When we put the return request then they show the less amount that to be returned.

No customer care no services

They don't understand the importance of medicines, specially life saving heart medicine. Their service is pathetic, they take 4-5 days to ship then their "economical" delivery partner takes 6 days to get it to their warehouse then they keep it for 4 days in their warehouse. Finally delivery would take place after placing several calls to their CC. Delivery partner - xpressbees. Order ID 468243632432873472. Order placed on 5th July, still waiting as on 14th July.

This is my first experience with you and also this is my wrost experience also.. Please close your service if you do not deliver on time. Medicine is important for everyone.

These guys are fraud , i ordered something they delivered worng item there is no proper response from customer support team they are not refunding also avoid this scam site

First they deliver medicines late and the delivery agent speaks in very rude manner. Don't trust these people.
