It was a very pleasant surprise to find extra insulation added to the package, in the form of a silver air pocket pouch. This made a huge difference to the frozen gel cooler, there were still lumps of ice present (even in the recent 35° heatwave). Royal mail are also being very efficient. Thank you.

Things have got so much better over time with ordering meds. The phone lines can still take a while to get through though. Delivery with Royal Mail is always the best

Weight loss journey
I started my weight loss journey in October 2025. When I did my research for whom to chose for my journey, Pharmulous was at the top of my list.
I’m happy I went with them, because the process from the start up until now has been really good. Form the first assessment , the questions, the checks and thoroughness, to date I could not me more happy with them.
Yes, they help you through your journey, but no, they won’t prescribe you the medicine ‘just because’. Which has reassured me, thorough out the entire process.
Completing all the questions each month, being prompted to do the weight checks and to speak to professionals (thank you to my doctor, she is amazing) reassured me, once again, I made the right decision.

My pharmacist Marina Fakhouri was great. Not only was she friendly, she also explained everything really well and made it easy to understand. Pharmulous on the whole have been really easy to deal with right from the start of my weight loss journey.

Terrible, crooked outfit. Ordered 16/6, paid huge amount for next day delivery, nothing. Emailed. Nothing. Phoned. Nothing. No-one picks up, phone cuts out after half a dozen rings. No way to contact. They have my money, my order, I have nothing as of today, 18 June. DO NOT USE.

Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that it was placed on 16 June and was promptly reviewed by our clinical team. As part of our prescribing process, additional information was required before a prescribing decision could be made, and a message was sent to you via your patient account requesting this information. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, all treatment requests are subject to clinical review and approval before a prescription can be issued and dispatched.
As we did not receive a response to the clinical query, we were unable to progress the order further. Patient safety is our priority, and where our clinicians require additional information before prescribing, we cannot proceed until that information has been received and assessed.
We understand that you also attempted to contact us by email and telephone. While our email inbox is intended for new patient and third-party enquiries, existing patients are directed to use the secure patient message centre to ensure that clinical queries are received and reviewed as quickly as possible.
Our records show that you subsequently spoke with a member of our team on 18 June and requested that your order be cancelled. We can confirm that the cancellation was processed and a full refund has been issued.
We are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations on this occasion and wish you all the best moving forward.
