I sent a parcel to Venice Italy. Found this company on Martins Money website and they are great. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the value for money is excellent. I shall be telling everyone that listens to use this company. Thank You Pharosparcels. 5 stars... A special Thank You to Jet for going that extra mile for me.

I wanted to bring some household items back from the UK over Christmas and Pharos Parcels had been recommended by a friend who also lives in Mallorca. I wrapped the items and completed the collection and delivery details on line on 3rd January, then left for the airport. By the time we had got back home to Mallorca a few hours later my Mum called to say the packages had already been collected! All 3 packages arrived just 3 working days later on 8th January, even though I had not opted for the rapid service. I will definately be using Pharos Parcels again and next time I am in the UK I can take advantage of the cheap shopping knowing that my purchases can be shipped back for less than the cost of booking an extra suitcase on the flight.

Delighted with both the service and excellent value for money offered by Pharos parcels. We live in a remote inland area of Spain and they delivered a large box door to door, well within the time specified and working around a Spanish Bank Holiday. The online forms were very clear and easy to fill in, and the whole process totally straightforward. I would happily recommend them to anyone wanting to send a parcel to Spain - incredible value for money too. It's very nice to be able to praise good service these days, and Pharos absolutely provided it.

I have used this company 4 times to send parcels to Spain. The service has been excellent and I have recommended Pharosparcel to friends and neighbours.

I used this company to send a large box of goodies to my son in Ibiza. I was amazed by the speed of delivery, having previously used Royal Mail, which takes over six weeks to deliver to Ibiza.

With Pharosparcel the booking process was simplicity itself. The box was collected the next day and was delivered to his home five days later, as promised. Brilliant.

I will definitely be using this company again, and would recommend it to everyone.

Yesterday I did the online process to send a parcel and I received a message saying "your payment could not be processed", I tried again and the same... Finally I paid with another card.

Today I found out that they charged me three times!!!

I can't recommend this company to anyone!...
I used this company for their good prices and I finished paying 75 pounds for just one parcel...

A great courier delivery service! I used to send my uni books home for summer. Arrived on time with no damage. Recommend to anyone wanting to use a alternative to royal mail.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at
pharosparcel.com for my recent parcel delivery. From booking stage
online, to parcel delivery today, everything arrived in perfect
condition and on time.

Wish the same could be said for parcel2go.com. After waiting close to a
month for a parcel to be picked up I gave up! As the item was a xmas
present for Xmas they left me with nothing to open on Xmas day, no
apologies or nothing.

I cancelled and rebooked with pharosparcel. Next day it was picked up as
scheduled.

I will be recommending your services both to my friends and people
online and will be sure to send more disgruntled customers your way.
