I found PHC website while trying to find a part for my Harmony 5 stove.i was very impressed with the pictures showing every part of my stove listed with item numbers and corresponding part numbers.this made it easy to order.the phone was answered straight away (a rarity these days where few people or businesses want to talk to you or answer the phone) and I spoke to a very polite and friendly gentleman who informed me the item was in stock and at a much cheaper price than I had been quoted by another stove company.i received the item the next day.Excellent all round service.highly recommended.thank you.

Excellent company been coming here for over 10 years never let me down.

Terrible service. Even with no queue I waited 45 minutes just to be served by a lad who didn’t even know what a straight TRV was - he then disappeared for 15 mins - only to come back and tell me they don’t stock them. It reminded me why I stopped using this place - their customer service sucks!!

Phc is one of the best part stores in cardiff. The staff in there are brilliant Tony is always on hand to help especially if there’s an awkward part that needs to be found and has saved the day on more than one occasion

I have been using phc for few years now. I find them to be very helpful and thier knowledge of boiler spares are second to none. I find Tony very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. They are always well stocked with boiler spares and if they haven't got it (which is rare) they normally get it the next day.

Tony on the front desk was very helpful and polite he gave advice and some contact numbers of engineers who could I would recommend this company everytime
