Katie is always able to help me find missing heirs for court proceedings. She works very quickly and gives a very detailed report, even when people are outside of the state or country.

Very professional, and on point with every fact.

I felt the investigation was thorough, but I felt I have a complicated case, they may require more investigation. The investigators did a great job of looking at the big picture of the scam. I was conned out of money by an experienced con artist. Phenix did look into financial records of the con artist and had pictures of her residence, and tracked her activities. I would recommend this company. I thought the prices were fair. Obviously. nobody wants to have to use an investigation service. but if you do, I would trust this company for your service.

I have used Phenix for several years and they have always been great. I am a firm believer that everyone makes mistakes, but what really counts is how you deal with them. Phenix did not make a mistake but there was a miscommunication. And Joel stepped up and provided stellar service. I am beyond happy with every interaction I have had with Phenix. Use them, you won't be sorry.

My law firm hired Phenix to run asset searches on certain individuals and entities involved in one of our high-stakes lawsuits. Our investigator, Katie Duckett, was great! She consistently kept us updated throughout the whole process and was very responsive anytime we reached out. My review is not satisfactory. I asked to reach Therisa Breslin. I got names of relatives that I could not reach. I did
not get the name of the facility where she is living, the address or phone #. Her phone number may be blocked and I got no help from your agent. The goal of this investigation was to get me in verbal contact with Therisa Breslin and it was not met,,!!!! I am totally dissatisfied with your services

Excellent service. Always answered any questions or concerns our office may of had. Had received follow up phone calls during the process of the investigation with status updates. Once the investigation was completed received a detailed phone call with what was found. We will use PHENIX investigations in the future.

You’d be better of doing Google searches yourself. They provided me a financial back ground check for $3000 on an individual and literally none of the accounts they identified existed. In addition, the banking accounts that I know existed for this individual did NOT show up in their analysis. Last, they never provided any back up details on the accounts they claim to have identified, nor did They follow up on my questions or complaints. Don’t waste your time.
