Renting a car in the Philippines was an absolute breeze and completely transformed our vacation! One of the best perks is that they have
numerous locations to choose from, making the entire process incredibly convenient. We easily picked up our vehicle right at the airport and returned it in Quezon City with zero hassle.
The payment flexibility was another huge plus. It was great to pay in cash to avoid extra bank charges, giving us better control over our travel budget. At the same time, we had total peace of mind knowing that using our credit card for the security deposit protects us and allows us to dispute charges if anything goes wrong. The vehicle itself was spotless, relatively new, and perfectly maintained. I highly recommend this service for a seamless, secure, and highly convenient car rental in the Philippines!

Stay away from this company. They add extra charges after you return the vehicle and then completely ignore you when you try to resolve the issue. I even had to open a dispute with my credit card because they simply stopped responding.
The car itself was also very old and far from what you would reasonably expect.
No company should charge for normal external conditions. The car was not dirty—just slightly dusty, which is normal and unavoidable. As many other reviews already mention, this seems to be their standard practice: find any excuse to charge extra.
On top of that, they apply arbitrary penalties (like additional fees on toll cards) that feel excessive and unjustified.
Very unprofessional behavior. Lack of transparency, poor customer service, and no willingness to resolve issues. Be very careful dealing with them.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Once payment was made, they stopped being helpful. Refused to explain the toll system and even said “don’t expect us to do your things for free.” Renters can’t check toll card balances, yet they demand you return them to the original balance — feels like a trap to charge your deposit. Friendly before payment, hostile after. Pay a bit more and use a more reliable company.

Scammer alert! They will rob you thru the security deposit bond!
I rented the car on August 1 to 7 and even extended it to Aug 9, I returned the car dirty but I was advised by one of their staff to have it car washed before returning to avoid penalty which I think he is the only person eith conscience working there. I went there 11ish which is the return time but theh said its ok to return it late as long as same date. But told them I dont need the car anymore. So I have it carwashed, I inspected the car before I return for any bump or scratch and I am 100% I returned it the same condition when I pick up the car. The carwash took maybe an hour and have it returned right away let us say before 1 pm. They took a picture of all the angle of the car with my license ID which is kne of their protocol. After a month a half, I received an email from them regarding the liabilities that needed to be charge on the CC. It was outrageous, they make sure to find anything just to charged any amount to rob you! They sent me a screenshot of a tiny damage reflective sticker and it cause 2k plus, then the loss days revenue for fixing that tiny sticker for 4 days! A sticker for 4 days repair! Not even mechanical issue! Thats 5k plus which totals 7k plus peso. I requested all the photos of pick up and return of the car, they sent me a screenshot of the damage tiny sticker around 4pm of the date I reutrned the car which looks like they edited the time stamp and after a month and a half late they noticed the damage theyre accusing you! I asked for the phone model they used on taking pictures but they refuse to send me anymore photos!
BEWARE OF THIS RENTAL COMPANY PHILIPPINE RENT A CAR! YOU WILL REGRET IT AFTER YOU REURN THE CAR! I HAVE GATHER SO MANY BAD REVIEWS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE, THEY WERE SCAMMED AND ROBBED!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANIS TRANSPORT THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND FULL OF INTEGRITY STAFF WORKING AND EVEN THE OWNER IS MOST KINDEST. UNLIKE THE OWNER FROM THE PHILIPPINE RENT A CAR, SO ARROGANT AND RUDE!

They did not return my deposit 100% when the car was delivered the car was dirty. Roads were wet and I didn’t make a big deal about it. The day prior to September 9 ( return date at 7:00 am at the airport) it was flooded in metro Manila and rainy and they charged me PH1500 for a dirty car. No reasoning and I was told to take them to court for it because it’s in their policy. I felt I was being in nickle and dimed. The RFID toll given to me upon securing the car had a balance of PH219 pesos. When I returned it it had PH430 pesos. Because I was nickle and dimed I demanded the return of the balance based on principle. No response other than “they will challenge me on any forum” they are crooks trying to find ways to return the deposit in full. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Use other car rentals that has good reviews. CRooks don’t deserve any business and you’ll be sorry you did.

Beware this company, they will try to scam you out of your security deposit. Do NOT use them.
There was some minor mud near the car wheel and they attempted to withhold php1,500. Very unreasonable. Very unprofessional company.

They tried to get me to collect the car the night before the day I had booked for and were very rude when I told them this was not possible. They told me that I had to top up the toll card, but provided no info on how to do that.
