I’m sorry to hear your delivery took longer than expected. I can see that it arrived around five working days later than we would normally expect. While the delay was with the carrier, we completely appreciate how frustrating that must have been, and I’ll be feeding this back to them. Thankfully, delays of this length are very uncommon.
Regarding the model size, we include both the scale and dimensions in our product descriptions. However, I appreciate these details can sometimes be easy to miss when ordering online. If you feel the model isn’t quite right for you, please do get in touch and we’ll be happy to help with a return.
