Best plugin I have ever bought!

Total scam. These people have no regard for their customers. Satisfaction guaranteed? I canceled -within- the 30 day period and was charged for ANOTHER month afterward! There are WAY too many steps you have to take and they make it intentionally difficult to cancel. After all of that, I was literally insulted by their “customer support” for even attempting to do so. I had to request a refund through PayPal (luckily they have buyer protection) and there is clear evidence that people are raising the same concerns when getting told “you will not be getting a refund.” They ask that you contact them first so they can “challenge” your reason for canceling? Absolutely ridiculous. This is why people are tired of subscriptions. Their claim is that your refund will go toward any plugins you choose to purchase in the future? Why would I want any more plugins if I chose to cancel? They just want to keep the $15 in hopes that you don’t buy anything.

This is a great product. I must say as a brand new user the help you can find is excellent. I’m still learning how to use everything as a beginner, but I’ve confidence I’ll be able to use this program to its potential.

The_Instrument 2 is fun to experiment with and gets updated frequently.

Over the past few weeks, I opened an account with Phil Speiser. Since the software didn’t work, I contacted their helpdesk to let them know I was unable to install it. Although I received a response, it was unfortunately not helpful. To buy time, they said an update was coming. I waited for the update. That also didn’t work. I indicated that I want to cancel everything immediately, get my money back, and terminate my subscription (which, according to the terms, can be canceled monthly). I also want to invoke the right to a refund within 7 days if I’m not satisfied with my purchase. The company refuses to refund anything and is not willing to take any action. They also don't offer a workable solution.

I then informed them that I wanted to close my account and requested a refund, as the software simply didn’t work. However, they told me this was not possible. I didn’t receive a refund and was instructed to cancel the software via the installation app. I was unable to do this and asked for further assistance, but never received any support.

I believe people should be warned about this company — the software does not work properly or at all, and if you make a purchase, you risk losing your money. Their customer support is also very poor.

Fast and easy purchase. The stutter has been amazing to play with, a great way to add flavor to your song.

Plugin is easy to use, intuitive, and has plenty of sounds/chords progressions for any major genre. Shortened significantly he time it takes me to get a production ready. Highly recommended.

Instrument 2 is easy to use software, impressive the proposais of ideas it offers and which allows a wide choice of musical direction, I Love it.

Instrument_2 has really helped me expand my creative process allowing for faster turnaround time when creating my projects. Can’t speak highly enough!

Great sounding softs. Easy to use. Great customer support. Much value for the money.

I was sceptical about buying "The Strip 2" plug-in as there are masses of plug-ins in the market and it's hard to find the good ones that you'll actually use. This is one of the good ones, instead of fiddling about adding loads of plug-ins to my tracks and making endless adjustments and tweaks, I can just put "The Strip 2" on my tracks and immediately get a great sound. It's a real time saver and it utilises all of Phil's vast experience. I'm glad I took the plunge!

I really like the program. It's really easy to use. You can scroll through the presets to find the right chords(that's what I use it for the most) the best option is that you can then record the midi progress of your melody and use it and adjust it on an other synth. I use the chords as a basis and adjust them to make my own chords. The sample bank is a bit limited, however there are some good sounds. I know there are way more things you can do with the program. I did not explore them yet, but will do in the future. I can recommend this program of you are looking for some help making a nice chord progression

The tech support is next level, the product detected its own issue and fixed it, my set up is very unusual so if this works for me, it will be seamless for most

Perfect tool to use when your stuck in just a loop. Easy to find new chords easy to use in general and very nice sounds as well.

Great plugin and simple enough installation. Still working with it to fine tune. The Strip 2

The Strip 2 is an incredible addition to my productions. Mixing my track is 10x more efficient for me and the AI chat function is unlike any other plugin / VST on the market. I'll be looking at Phil's other products first on my list when I'm looking for more.

Simple to use! With the ability to adjust had to join the circle. I love all these plugins. The year is a game changer!!
