The advert said The Norfolk Broads but the jigsaw is of the whole of Norfolk. Not what I wanted.

Thank you for the review Richard, however, the lid product photo shows the extent of the reaches of the mapping, and the puzzle includes the Norfolk Broads within the bounds of the scale of the mapping.
Also, since the puzzle keeps strictly to 1,250,000 Ordnance Survey scale there is a balance of either taking in more of the Broads, but then including more solid blue sea, which would be uninteresting, or including more of Norfolk which is the preference opted for with this puzzle. I am sorry that this true to scale map jigsaw was not for you.

Thank you for the review Vivian, the purchase was hugely appreciated, as all purchases are, and it was brilliant that the package was delivered quickly by Royal Mail.
The customer order notes show no instructions left at checkout, and also the billing and shipping address are the same address and this would usually mean that the purchaser is the recipient too. I do try to make my systems robust, so if I had missed a follow up email after purchase that is the only reason that this may have occurred. All the best.
