I've been using Phimostop for a while now and have made very good progress. I'm really happy that it's working so well so far.
Unfortunately, I had to take a brake because I was switching from one tube to the next too quickly. But I can continue now. So my advice is to be patient. Because it really works. I was really afraid that I wouldn't be able to avoid circumcision... but now I'm confident.

I am an adult user and use the set for acquired mild phimosis, with which I hope to avoid a partial circumcision. I have had the set for 4 days now. The delivery went smoothly and without problems.
Of course, in such a short time, I cannot yet say anything about the effectiveness of the treatment. But I can say something about the treatment itself. And I notice there is quite a learning curve involved. In the beginning, I had difficulty inserting the unit, even though there was sufficient room for it at the foreskin. To practice, I therefore went down a size. Nevertheless, I ran into a few problems: the unit did not stay in place properly and kept coming loose. And when urinating, the device was sometimes not properly aligned, causing urine to get between the unit and the foreskin. I managed to solve both problems.
First, the detachment of the unit. I noticed that the supplied tape does not adhere well at all to the silicone of the product. I then cut a strip of tape of about 4 centimeters lengthwise into two halves. Next, I stuck the beginning of this tape to the end of one of the two silicone protrusions of the unit, and then folded over the taped piece of silicone (only this part) and wrapped it with the rest of the tape. This creates a sort of thickened small ball of tape at the end of the protrusion that is firmly anchored to the silicone, because the material is now stuck in a kind of loop. I did the same thing for the 2nd protrusion and next, I applied the set and taped it to the penis as stated in the instructions. So the normal strip of tape goes all the way over the silicone protrusion and now has better grip because of the small ball of tape. As an extra measure, I applied two more pieces of tape across the silicone, close to the end of the foreskin. This creates a firm unit that can withstand even nighttime erections.

Before urinating, it is important to check that the hole for urinating is properly aligned with the tube. It is painful to press on that spot with your finger to reposition the device. It is better to grasp the foreskin, tube and all, and lift it up slightly. The tube then separates from the skin underneath, and you can easily lower the tube back into the correct position. Hopefully, these tips will also be useful for other users.

I never received the product nor any response on my questions regarding this fact.

Company didn't fill out the paperwork to avoid import duties and hasn't responded to my request to resolve the issue. Somehow my own FEDEX account was charged!

The instructions were not that helpful when one has to struggle to get the tubloid to go inside. But, spending lots of time, I was finally able to get it to be in place.
I am going to use lubricate the next time.
The first night, it stayed on, the second night, it came off. At the end of the day, thanks for the creation of Phim0stop.

I've been using the tool for two weeks now, and I think this approach might solve my problem.
I think also an honest assessment can only be made after a few months of use.

It is working slowly but surely so far!

I am a few weeks in, but some progress is clearly there. It took some time to get used to it at first and I am using it max 6 hours per day since I am too afraid of inadvertently hurt myself, but even like this it is working.

Half steps between the sizes could have helped, but I am compensating by inserting some smaller tubes inside of the bigger ones to get some slight increase before taking the step to a bigger size

Very intuitive design and helps slowly and surely fix the problem. You also do not even notice you are wearing it. I have not experience any pain related to it. Their customer service is also very responsive and they are an overall good company.

The product works perfectly. The first time I was able to retract my foreskin without pain was an experience. I made all the mistakes one can make when using this product, hurting myself a lot and going through a lot of pain. If you use it properly, as I should have from the beginning, there would be no pain at all. The product is very good—you just have to follow the instructions and be patient. It was worth every penny. This product changed my life. I am very thankful.

The product works extremely well; as long as you have patience to let it 'do its thing' it solved (yes solved) the problem for me. Customer service phenomenal - went out of their way to help, quick & efficient. Highly recommended

I had a great experience with the support team from Phimostop
They were very polite and helpful and very responsive, I reelceived answers to almost all of my messages, although I think only one message per day is very little. The issue I had was with the ordering system where I couldn't place an order for entire 4 months, since October 2024 until January 2025. So I am not really satisfied with how the technical team resolved the issue since it was a very long wait. Kudos to the support team anyway for exchanging almost 50 messages with me while the issue was persistent and in the process of resolving.

Good device but the pee hole should have been made bigger especially as the sizes increase
