I’ve had a wonderful experience with…

I’ve had a wonderful experience with PHINCO ELITE. What I really appreciate most is the supportive management and the friendly atmosphere within the team. Everyone is approachable, helpful, and always willing to support whenever you need guidance.

The management genuinely cares about the team and encourages a positive work environment. The communication is also good, and any queries or concerns are handled in a supportive way.

Overall, I’m really happy to be part of PHINCO ELITE. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and work with a supportive team. I would definitely recommend PHINCO ELITE to others looking for a positive and professional work environment.

Salary Not Paid Despite Multiple Commitments

I joined PHINCO ELITE on 25 June 2026 and my last working day was 8 August 2026. During my entire employment, I did not receive any salary for the work I performed.

Initially, when I did not receive my salary in the beginning of August, I checked with my colleagues and came to know that others had already received theirs. Only after I raised the issue was I informed that the salary was delayed due to the company's P&L situation. There was no proactive communication from management regarding the delay.

On **3 August**, I was told that I had to achieve 3 enrolments within 5 days or my employment would be terminated. On **7 August**,Later I was informed that **8 August would be my last working day**.

After my last working day, I continued following up regarding my pending salary. On **10 August**, I was informed that the salary was delayed due to a festival in Hyderabad and that it would take another three days to process. **14 August** was then communicated as the expected deadline.

That date has passed, and I still have not received my salary.

What is most disappointing is the lack of accountability and communication. If a company commits to a specific payment date, I expect that commitment to be honoured.

I understand that businesses can face financial challenges, but employees should not have to bear the consequences of internal P&L issues after already completing their work.

I have retained the email communication and screenshots relating to the salary commitments and can provide them if required.

I hope PHINCO ELITE takes accountability and clears the pending salary of its former employees without further delay.

My Experience Working at Phinco Elite

My Experience Working at Phinco Elite – Please Read Before Enrolling

I worked at Phinco Elite for approximately 3–4 months as one of the company’s early employees. This review is based solely on my personal experience.

If you are planning to enroll in one of their courses, especially if you have a career gap, I strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence before making any payment.

From my experience, the company’s primary focus appeared to be candidates with career gaps. The sales process heavily emphasized placement opportunities, salary packages, and career growth. Prospective learners were sent emails mentioning expected salary ranges, such as ₹5–8 LPA for freshers or salary hikes for experienced professionals. However, during my tenure, I did not see verifiable placement data or evidence supporting these claims.

The course was marketed as AI-focused, but in my opinion, the curriculum did not meet the expectations created during the sales process.

Students were encouraged to pay booking amounts ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 to secure admission, with the total course fee going up to around ₹90,000–₹1,00,000. I personally observed that many learners were unhappy with the quality of the course, placement support, and refund-related issues. Several students expressed frustration after enrolling.

During my employment, I personally did not witness successful placements despite the promises made during the sales process. Before enrolling, I recommend asking for verifiable placement records and speaking directly with alumni through LinkedIn or other professional platforms.

My concerns extend beyond the student experience. As an employee, I experienced the following:

* Salaries were delayed.
* My employment was terminated without prior notice.
* As of the date of writing this review, my pending salary has still not been paid despite repeated follow-ups.
* I have also faced difficulties obtaining employment-related documents, including my Form 16.
* Tax was deducted from my salary, but I have not yet received my Form 16 despite requesting it. Employees should ensure all statutory payroll documents are provided in a timely manner.

The company operates from a co-working space at T-Hub. In my opinion, prospective students should not assume that operating from a well-known co-working space implies endorsement of the company’s courses, placements, or business practices.

If you are considering joining Phinco Elite, I recommend that you:

* Ask for verifiable placement statistics rather than marketing claims.
* Speak with multiple alumni independently.
* Request all placement promises and salary commitments in writing.
* Read the refund policy carefully before paying any amount.
* Compare the curriculum with other institutes before making a decision.

This review reflects my personal experience as a former employee and the events I personally witnessed. I encourage every prospective student to conduct independent research, verify all claims, and make an informed decision before investing their time and money.

Thank you for sharing your views. We respect everyone's right to express their personal experience. However, we believe it is equally important for readers to understand the complete context.

During the recruitment process, your roles, responsibilities, KPIs, sales targets, and performance expectations were clearly explained to you, along with the other team members who joined at the same time. These expectations were also documented in your offer letter and accepted by you before joining the organization.

Unfortunately, throughout your tenure, neither your individual targets nor the team's targets were achieved despite the training, guidance, and support provided by the management. Performance has always been the basis for evaluating every employee at PHINCO ELITE.

It is disappointing that after leaving the organization, you have chosen to criticize the very process and organization that provided you with an opportunity and livelihood. Once you are no longer part of a process, it is neither fair nor professional to discredit that process without presenting the complete facts.

We also reject the implication that your performance issues were unrelated to your own conduct. During your tenure, there were instances where commitments made to prospective students did not align with company guidelines. Making commitments beyond company policy to achieve sales targets is not acceptable, regardless of whether those targets are ultimately met.

We encourage constructive criticism, but it should be balanced, factual, and supported by evidence rather than broad allegations. If there are genuine employment-related matters, they should be addressed through the appropriate HR channels.

Since your public statements contain serious allegations about the company, our legal team will review the matter and will contact you shortly regarding the statements made. We reserve all our legal rights in this regard.

We sincerely wish you success in your future career and hope you excel in your new organization. All the best for your future endeavors.
