Warning: Bedbugs and Rodent Droppings Found in the Room

I stayed at The Phi Phi Beach Resort and unfortunately experienced serious hygiene issues in my room. I found bedbugs on the mattress and clear signs of rodent droppings in several corners of the room. This is unacceptable for any accommodation, regardless of price or location.

The staff acknowledged the issue but did not offer a proper solution, and the room was not cleaned to a standard that would make it safe or comfortable to stay in. I had to leave the room immediately.

I strongly advise future guests to check their room thoroughly upon arrival. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
