Heavy rusting on the top of the table and all of the chairs only a little after 2 years. The table was properly covered during the winter months and kept clean during months of use. The rusting and peeling of the paint is due to improper/unprofessional painting during manufacturing = defective. The rust started to occur after the 1 year warranty excluding me from any returns. It is unbelievable that an outdoor furniture company would improperly paint their products. My complaint is not the first in this regard. There were many other complaints from other customers due to rusting. A company would probably want to make changes to correct this issue.

I live in a high-rise condo and recently ordered a set of chairs from Phi Villa.
Not only were their prices amazing, but the customer service I received was exceptional.
When my package was mistakenly delivered by Fed Ex to a Methodist home about a mile away, the Phi Villa team was quick to act. They were about to me shipped another set of chairs when the Methodist home called and said they had a bunch of our packages there. Our building Security took a truck and retrieved a truck load of stuff that was
miss-delivered by FedEx
I am extremely grateful for the efficient and proactive service that Phi Villa provided. It's rare to find a company that not only offers great prices but also provides top-notch customer service.

Bought a patio set that one chair had a defection in. Contacted customer service and they sent me replacement parts. Even gave me tracking info for their arrival when shipped

Update: the company replaced the damaged umbrella. Have emailed service twice regarding umbrella received with hole in fabric. Order 8808. No resolution. Phone number on instruction manual 877-606-2818, rings busy every time it is called.

This company is honest and attentive to their customers. I neglected to put in a discount code, and when it was brought to their attention, they reassured me that they would honor the discount. The 10', 3 Tier Auto-tilt, Double Vented Patio Umbrella arrived in good condition, and after its arrival they processed the credit for the discount. Very good Customer Service!

Had ordered an outdoor table and chair set for my deck. I received the items quickly and found them to be well made.
I made a mistake on assembly and contacted their customer service via email for a replacement part. They were prompt with their response and communicated with me through the entire process until I received the replacement.
I would recommend their product and customer service.

Fits perfectly and really enjoy the ability to use the drawcord. Customer service was very responsive and supportive as well.

Table arrived damaged. Notified Phi Villa and after taking a photo of table they replaced it with no hassle

Ordered the TC7-201-405 and was super excited as it looked so nice on the picture and was a reasonable price. Received the item and as others have mentioned had a hard time with the screws on a few of the chairs, the first of which was tight but didn't seem overly so until the entire screw sheered off and I couldn't remove it or proceed to install it. Sent pictures to support and they said it was hard to see an I need to build it first? I am not going to build a chair with only 3/4 screws that will hold the body weight of whoever is sitting on it?

As for the table, one of the legs was so broken that installation is impossible (the top support that connects to the table was broken off of the remainder of the legs) and again was told I needed to build it because it was hard to see? How am I going to build a table with only 2/4 legs, even less sense. The support number on their site and product goes no where and you will only receive support via email in the middle of the night so it will take days if not weeks to get anything resolved with the asinine way of supporting you.

Update: Received replacement chairs which were ok but the second table I received had a sizable crack (which seems to have been glued back into place sticking out) in it and the original had a gap where it was manufactured with poor quaility. When I complained further to the customer service team they told me " We have sent 2 tables for you, we have spent a lot on production, warehousing, shipping and employees.
Hope you could understand.
About the cracked new table we resend, you could throw it." The fact that they sent two tables with major defects apparently I should thank them despite the high cost I paid. I seem to have a much different experience than most of the others are bots (which would make more sense). I did get 10 percent off after demanding that or a refund (still feel ripped off but went through the effort of multiple rebuilds and didn't want to fathom the shipping cost to return it all). Will not be buying from them again and highly recommending anyone else do the same. I will also say the entire customer service process was much more focused on having me to change my review than resolving the problem with the purchase.

I ordered E02GF096 patio set. The table went together without a hitch.
The first chair was a bit of a challenge: I had to really lean on it to align the holes for the last two bolts.

The second and 3rd chairs (forget trying the 4th) the final holes were SO incredibly out of alignment I think only a blacksmith could align them.

Constant busy signal when I call. Not feeling optimistic about the email query.

This company has excellent customer service, I had a broken piece on my zero-gravity chair and within 3 days I had a new one and life is good

Customer service followed through on their promise to rectify a problem with an order . They stood by their word .

I forgot to add my coupon code for my discount on my order. I sent an email to customer service and their response was instant. Customer service’s response email asked me a few questions. I immediately answered and they, in turn, Immediately responded; letting me know that my account would be credited the percentage I was requesting. They also sent an additional email, letting me know my package was ready to ship with the tracking info and date of arrival. I truly appreciate the prompt attention, as well as the professional and courteous manner that was displayed to me. I would not hesitate to send my business to this company again. Upon opening the box I was surprised how well they seemed to be made and packed. I did the chairs first and found them very easy to assemble. Once finished they were very stable as was the table. I did have one fastener that had a solid head so I couldn't tighten it. I wrote an email and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded and willing to help they were. I can't put into words how much I appreciated their effort to please and their product really is a great buy.

We ordered a table and six chairs and the table was damaged by the carrier. I contacted customer service and very quickly they sent a replacement.
They asked for some pictures so they could go back to the carrier.
What i liked the best was the continuous email follow up on the process and timing.
I am a return customer and after this very positive follow up on a problem will be again.

I ordered patio sofa set. I was supposed to get 2 boxes but only one arrived.. missing parts.. I ordered through Amazon, but now Amazon isn't helpful. They say it's a third party seller and they can't help.. awful purchase..I don't know will I get the missing items? The status of the order is delivered now..
