HORRIBLE. We bought an outdoor patio set. It came very quickly, but as soon as we put it together there were parts missing. Pieces of the cushion were missing and holes werent aligned to screw. I reached out to the company and they refused to send us a new replacement. They asked us to pay for the parts and for the mistake that they made. Ridiculous

This company, and all the people that handled my replacement request are absolutely amazing!!! They identified my product, date purchased, warranty info, acknowledged my payment and sent it from their location which may be in Asia......and I received it in about 8 days!!

Customer service was great. Our product arrived with missing parts. We texted the help chat and our parts arrived within a few days.

I mistakenly thought the item delivered was missing two items. The company responded promptly and prepared to send the missing parts. Shortly after that contact, I realized I was mistaken and did receive all parts, so I notified them and they graciously replied that they were pleased all was well. They demonstrated the kind of customer support that I wish more companies would incorporate. Nice Going!

I found the quality of my table and chairs to be very good. I received the table with a crack on the top of it in the wood. I emailed customer service asking what could be done and within a day I received a response that they would send me a new table and within a week I had my new table. I was very pleasantly surprised with the customer service and the product that I received.

I really appreciate it when a company values their customer's concerns and promptly responds to the issue. We purchased the red Phi Villa 13-ft patio umbrella and love the look and design of it. Unfortunately, the LED light on ours stopped working on one side after a few months and it faded quickly. Phi Villa responded quickly and provided everything I could ask for to satisfy my concerns. Excellent customer service is the reason why we will be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Was missing grill parts that were needed for it to be usable. Customer service sent them once they were not back ordered and followed up to make sure Inrecieved them.

My partner made a recent purchase and it was the wrong grill as I wanted one with all cooking grill, not a cooking grill/griddle mix.

Customer Service worked with me to purchase an extra grill and the flame tamers to make it the grill I wanted even though this is not something they normally do.

I had excellent communication throughout. Customer Service was even the one to follow up with me. They were waiting for the parts to be restocked and gave me a timeline and when they came in, they were sure to email me to make sure I still wanted to purchase.

When our new patio table arrived, my husband put it together and found a small cdent. I contacted the company and they immediately issued me a $50 refund if I kept the table, which I did. As well, the center ring for the umbrella was missing a piece. I received it yesterday. Great customer service!

Hi! We purchased a table and chair set from them, on memorial day weekend, and the set is beautiful. We were able to fit my family and grand-children around the table and still had room. The table is gigantic and the chairs are so comfortable. I sat outback every evening on the chairs and watched the sunset. Absolutely love the set. Nicest staff to work with, if you have questions about your furniture. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to enjoy your outdoor furniture.

I wrote the company since holes were not drilled in the seat and couldn’t finish putting it together. The company sent a replacement. They also sent me emails to let me know when I would get the replacement.

I started talking with Phi Villa via Facebook messenger regarding a set that we were interested in and was out of stock. They responded right away and made the set available for us to purchase! We bought the Coco 9 piece conversation set and Coco 9 piece dining set.
When the product came, we were very happy with it. We ordered a lot of pieces so it took some time to put together, but everything went together smoothly. It is very sturdy and seems very well-made! The cushions are waterproof and stain proof and they seem like they will hold up very well over time as well! Two of the chairs had torn wicker, but they addressed that issue immediately and addressed all other concerns we had right away! The table that we ordered had a latch that was broken and they’ve sent that to us as well. I am very impressed with their customer service and their fast responses. That is incredibly rare these days!! They followed through with everything we needed. We are very happy with the furniture, the cushions and their customer support! After about a month of using my leaf blower, the charger broke and it was actually my fault. I contacted support because I couldn’t find a replacement charger online. They immediately offered to send me one free of charge, and I received it today. Truly excellent service!
