UnionBank’s credit card customer…
UnionBank’s credit card customer service has been extremely disappointing. My card was locked after I used it in Europe, and despite repeated calls to their hotline, I couldn’t reach anyone. My emails were also undelivered because their inbox was full. There was no way to resolve the issue, making the customer support ineffective.
Package was opened and mangled
Package was opened and mangled. Staff probably assumed there was something to be stolen. Never use philippines post!
Absolutely the worst of the worst
Absolutely the worst of the worst. I’m not sure how this delivery service is still trusted but one thing’s for sure, I will NEVER let my parcels ever land in this service ever again.
My parcel landed in one city away from where I was and they yet still couldn’t deliver it? I kept calling and contacting but they made it seem like in their system I was unreachable the whole time. What’s even worse is that nobody contacted me that they RETURNED IT TO SENDER, and I myself had to decide one day ask for any update. Do you care about the customers waiting? The drivers efforts? The parties involved at all? Absolutely atrocious. Disaster of a system you’ve got there.
Doesn't deliver but let's me pay for the door to door delivery
This isn't the first time this has happened. Every delivery I have, they won't deliver it and the make me pick it up at the office AND make me pay for extra!
Poor services
My personal experience: Within the month of August 2025, I mailed 5 letters from Austria to an address in Quezon City, two letters were registered airmail, while the others are airmail. Two were mailed on August 1, 2025. NOT ONE OF THESE LETTERS WERE DELIVERED TO THE RECIPIENT TO DATE.
What is going on PhlPost?
Poor services. Bad customer experience. Disappointing.
Bad experience
Just had the worst experience. Enroute to delivery office for almost 2 months. No updates on their system, no definite answers on emails, no certainty your mails will arrive. I just have no confidence in using their services. Do not entrust your valuable documents to mail with this company. Instead of helping filipinos, it made everything so complicated.
Disappointed
Phlpost its not working
Im tired of Phlpost, sorry but its not getting better.
1/ Registered Letter from Oversee takes only 3 Days !
2/ After 12 Working days still not here !
3/ I went directly to the Postoffice (nobody there ! )
4/ They told me the Postman will be there maybe !!
in 3 days !
Sorry but im NOT ! going to use Phlpost anymore!
Just read all the reviews, It is time to privatize this state-owned company, and I'm sure the CEO doesn't read all these reviews.
Possibly the most useless Phil Govt…
Possibly the most useless Phil Govt Organization. Posted a registered article and two weeks later it still has not made it to manila - we only live about 70 km from manila. Soooo slow and tall help lines etc are unresponsive. Senior management should focus more on providing a service rather than drawing a fat salary for doing nothing!
Useless
My package entered the Philippines and as soon as PHLPOST got it I never received it. Their customer service is the worst I've come across with no one answering calls and no replies to emails. Shame on you
Very disappointing services.
Very disappointing services.
My documents was already arrived in the Philippines and in the tracking it says it was out for delivery. I tried to call and email them but no response.
If they don’t deliver it they should advise to pick up in the branch at least we can get our package.
Worst service ever
PHLPOST AND MANILA CUSTOMS ARE THIEVES
PHLPOST AND MANILA CUSTOMS ARE THIEVES, THEY STOLE MY 20 KG PARCEL WORTH $1,000.
ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND BOTH OF THEM REFUSED TO RETURN MY PARCEL OR DELIVER IT, INSTEAD THEY STOLE IT AS THEY USUALLY DO WITH OTHER PEOPLES PARCELS.
I’VE BEEN INFORMED BY SEVERAL FILIPINOS FROM AUSTRALIA AND THE PHILIPPINES THAT THEY ARE CORRUPT ALONG WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PHILIPPINES.
DO NOT SEND “ANYTHING” TO THE PHILIPPINES !!!
Warning! They probably try to keep all parcels for themselves!
What a bunch of scammers! Like someone else mentioned here; their usual tactic seems to be to do their best to keep the parcels for themselves.
ENSURE YOUR COURIER DOESNT USE PHLPOST
Slow. Unreliable. Trash.
I ordered something via 4PX E-packets that was delivered from China. Everything was swift from SingPost and the 4PX service but once it arrived in PHLPOST, nothing happened, like ever. It has been two months and the only status by PHLPOST is “Posting of Item”, which means that it has now become PHLPOST’s responsibility. I emailed them many times and while they do reply in about a week or two, they leave empty, useless and vague replies. NEVER USE THIS CARRIER EVER. If you are shipping to the Philippines via a shipping company like DHL or 4PX, they will use PHLPOST and you should not just avoid it, but disregard it. Consider your item as thrown in the trash as it can take up to a year (or never) to freaking arrive.
Unreliable
They updated the delivery status to 'unsuccessful delivery (reason: addressee not available),' but I believe they didn’t even attempt it, as there were people at my house the entire time. I tried calling them repeatedly from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and they finally answered at 4 p.m., claiming they couldn’t locate my address—despite regularly delivering documents here in the past. It’s clear the personnel were being dishonest. I’m still waiting for my package and hoping they haven’t lost it.
One star is greatly exaggerated!
Sent a package on June 12, 2024. It arrived in the Philippines and was released to customs on June 18. Since then, the tracking info is unreliable because PhilPost doesn't update it at all or with delays of several weeks. According to the tracking info, there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt on July 17, but the recipient knows nothing about it. On July 31, this attempt was finally documented in the tracking info. Allegedly, the delivery attempt was unsuccessful because taxes are due and unpaid. But neither the recipient nor I have ever been informed about the amount, where and how to pay it. Today, August 16, we still don't know anything, and PhilPost has been silent since the July 17 update. The recipient has tried to contact the local post office about half a dozen times, but no one answers the phone. I myself have sent another half dozen emails to customer service asking about the whereabouts of the package and how to pay the taxes. There was exactly one standard answer without any useful information, and then again... nothing! How are we supposed to solve the tax problem if PhilPost neither informs us or nor lets us contact them? I have now started an inquiry with the Swiss postal service; let's hope for progress. Bottom line: PhilPost is unbelievably bad; avoid them like the plague!
Worst of all
Worst of all send a package to philippines from UK may 29 it reach the phil customer june 04 was release from custom on June 14 the package still not received by the recipient. Went to iloilo post office to follow it up the answer is "STILL IN TRANSIT" how long is the shipping from manila custom to iloilo ???? A YEAR???? Still waiting for package...
Worst courier in the Philippines
Worst courier in the Philippines. Takes so long and they don’t deliever door to door. Once you pick up in the post office. There is a storage fee you need to pay. It is a scam
PhlPost Sucks
they have a tracking system but its not working not updated, customer service has no response, the tax is very high, shamefull govt agencies,
Avoid this Courier. Just terrible.
Terrible. I ordered something online, they handed my parcel over to PHL Post, they failed to deliver the first time, still waiting for them to contact me to make another delivery attempt, or at least contact/update me about the package. I haven't received it yet. It's been a month and a half. I already tried to contact their customer service through all available means, no response. Please avoid this courier at all costs, terrible.
If your package somehow ever gets to…
If your package somehow ever gets to their hands, just expect it to take 8 months to arrive even if you live right next to their office. It's that slow, its that bad. Other reviews aren't even close as an exaggeration to how bad they are when delivering your package. Even if you paid for rush THEY STILL take SO LONG to send it over you. So if you're on the receiving end and they're somehow managing your package, you will either wait for an eternity or take the package there for yourself otherwise they wouldn't do ANYTHING. Oh by the way, GOOD LUCK CONTACTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT. It's like their entire support team is in hibernation for years now. Calling them never works, e-mailing them also never works because in my experience, they never respond.
