This is the second time we have used this company , I cannot recommend them enough they are an amazing, we love the air con in the bedroom it's been heaven, they are a very respectful company, very polite and knuckle down to the job, you wouldn't of known they have been as they leave no mess. What a wonderful company and a great experience having these guys do an amazing job.

We asked for quotes from a number of companies, but it was Nathan at Phoenix who was the most responsive, communicative, friendly and helpful. Not only did he provide us with a variety of air con style/model options but he was patient with my questions. Whereas other companies took forever to respond with quotes, Nathan was always prompt (without seeming desperate for work!). Despite their busy schedule, Phoenix managed to fit us in within a decent timeframe, and when they arrived to fit the unit they were quick, polite and so helpful with set up! We’ve already recommended them to a friend because they’re so good. Highly recommend!

Responded to initial enquiry, came in and quoted very promptly. The quote was extremely competitive and their knowledge and friendliness won them the contract. The installation was over 3 days of pouring rain and sun but they ploughed on through and left us with a very neat, tidy and clean install. Would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring their services.

We decided to have air conditioning installed in our house last year and chose Nathan and his assistant to carry out the work. We honestly couldn't have chosen a better company. They were polite, professional and tidy and the work was carried out to an extremely high standard. Nathan was always on call to answer any questions we had. He takes great pride in his company and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done properly. We have no hesitation in recommending Phoenix ACR and, personally, would not bother going anywhere else.

We recently had a conservatory built and asked Phoenix ACR to quote for an indoor unit, their quote was extremely competitive and the professionalism of the team was what won me over.

As with all building work nothing ever runs on time but Phoenix accommodated me pushing dates brilliantly and worked around us, the unit looks great and a comprehensive hand over on how to use it also including all apps etc.

No task was too big or small and totally recommend these guys.
