Making the decision to attend this school was one of the best decision I have made in a long time. The staff is very professional, informative and supportive. They didn’t treat me like a number but an individual. I believe their focus on my academic excellence helped me not only maintain good grades but apply what I’m learning in everyday life.

Edit* Update whoever received those tickets of complaint came and took care of everything. They were amazing and reviewed our work and gave us the grades we all know that we worked hard for and deserved so thank you.
I will start this by saying that I enjoyed my time with UOPX for the most part. This last class, while waiting for final grades so I can be done with school has been a complete nightmare. The instructor does not grade fairly. Provides imaginary feedback and when nothing can be seen that is wrong with assignments, she results to using the originality report as why she deducts major points. The problem with that is the points are being deducted for worksheet questions, not the actual words that were typed by students. I know I am not the only student that has issues currently as my entire class is experiencing this issue. The instructor does not reply to emails, requests you plug yourself into HER calendar and then shows up to meetings late or not at all. When she does reply she is snarky and appears uninterested in your concerns. Several tickets have been submitted a few from myself to have certain assignments regraded. While this may not seem like that much of a big deal, my class was told at the beginning of this class that we have to make a certain grade or we fail the program so needless to say the students who are currently on the deans list feel anxious because of the ridiculous grading she is giving us. I will shout out the advisors for working hard to understand our concerns and putting those tickets in. The other instructors leading up to this class have been amazing and always respond within a timely manner to concerns we have had about our grades. I am not too much of a fan of the teams assignments as a few teams I have been assigned to havent been the greatest but I learned alot about myself from them so I see it as a learning experience. I do give this four stars, just because this final professor has stressed not only myself but my classmates as well out to the thousandth degree as we sit and wait for what seems like an eternity to get our last assignments in. I would still recommend this school to anyone but also encourage them to speak up when they feel grading is not right. Especially if you work hard at your assignment only to be told that you essentially plagiarized it when you in fact have proof that you did not.
