I have thoroughly enjoyed completing my NVQ Diploma course and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to develop their knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.
Throughout the course, I received excellent support from my tutor, Rebecca. She was always approachable, helpful and encouraging, and took the time to explain things clearly whenever I needed additional guidance. Her knowledge and experience made the learning process much easier and gave me confidence in completing the required work.
Rebecca provided consistent support and constructive feedback throughout the course, while also allowing me to work independently and at my own pace. Her professionalism and commitment to helping me achieve the qualification made a real difference to my overall experience.

Recently completed my Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice. Having completed NEBOSH General & Construction in the classroom. More recently, I completed the Nebosh Fire in the Open Book online format, and I would admit I was a little apprehensive about doing the level 6 NVQ online.

Positive Experience and Highly Recommend
Having recently completed the classroom based NEBOSH National General Certificate, I'd have no hesitation recommending Phoenix to anyone considering health and safety training.
The venue and facilities were good and the course was nicely structured. I felt well supported throughout by my trainer Shane, who made the topics enjoyable and relatable. Overall, a positive experience and one I'd revisit to progress my qualifications.

I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Phoenix Health and Safety - I have recently completed my NVQ6 with them and the process was seamless with a really easy to use online platform for evidence submissions and Knowledge tasks. My NVQ Assessor Rebecca Walsh was really approachable and helpful and response time to queries etc was fantastic. I would 100% recommend this company and they will definitely be my first port of call going forward.

I recently completed the Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice with Phoenix and had a very positive experience throughout.
My assessor, Matt Griffin, was professional, approachable and supportive from the beginning. His feedback was clear and constructive, and he helped me understand what was required while allowing me to use genuine evidence from my own workplace and experience.

I had a really positive experience completing my Level 6 NVQ in Occupational Health and Safety Practice with Phoenix Health & Safety.
A special thank you to Rebecca Walsh, who was my mentor and assessor throughout the qualification. Rebecca was approachable, knowledgeable and supportive, and always provided clear and constructive feedback. She helped me understand exactly what was required while still allowing me to demonstrate my own knowledge and experience.
Completing an NVQ alongside a full-time role can be challenging, but Rebecca’s guidance made the process much more manageable. Her support gave me confidence that I was on the right track and helped me successfully progress through each unit.

I recently completed the IOSH Managing Safely course with Phoenix Health & Safety and had a very positive experience throughout.
The course was well structured, informative and practical, with plenty of useful information that I can apply in the workplace.

1 of the better training courses I have been on, great trainer (Shane) courses like this can be really boring and hard to concentrate for the amount of information you take in over 3 days (IOSH Managing safely) but Shane broke the course up well and threw in multiple real life events and interactive discussions which made the course in my opinion more enjoyable and easier to remember the information.

NVQL6 Diploma in H&S
I have recently completed the NVQL6 Diploma for H&S professionals. The method for submitting evidence based learning and answering knowledge based questions using the supplied templates was very easy to navigate and made the experience a pleasant one. My assessor was Rebecca Walsh who always readily available to help with any questions I had and guide me through the qualification. Having an assessor allocated for my qualification was a huge help. Would highly recommend Phoenix for any of your H&S course needs.

NVQ lvl6
The whole process of booking the NVQ was smooth and efficient.
The course started excellently, initial conversations and setting out the programme, rattled through four units and received no feedback and led to serious delays in completion and my confidence in the assessor wavered.
Fast forward 12 months with a new more accommodating assessor (Rebecca) who was supportive, understanding and all round positive influence I have completed a course that was looking out of grasp.
I have completed several courses with Phoenix both classroom and distance and apart from a 12 month hiccup and a bad experience to start I wouldn't hesitate to complete more learning with them.

I am currently completing my NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety, and I have to say, having Mark Purvis as my tutor has been an absolute privilege. What an amazing tutor he is! His experience, knowledge and expertise are truly unbelievable. I have learnt so much from him throughout the course.
Coming from South Africa and having to understand international health and safety laws, regulations and principles, I initially thought it was going to be incredibly challenging. But Mark has a way of explaining even the most complicated concepts through his in-depth explanations, practical examples and real world knowledge, which made everything so much easier to understand. He is honestly one of the best tutors I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. I am so grateful that he was allocated to my course, and I couldn't have asked for a better tutor to guide me through this journey.
