Can absolutely recommend Phoenix to anyone. I got my full license with them. Scheduling was very efficient and
training + test days were also done extremely well. Peter did a great job preparing me & I passed both Mod1 and Mod2 at the first try.

I completed my cbt course at crystal Palace and the whole day from start to finish was a complete joy, nothing was a problem, and no question was a stupid question, the 2hr ride at the end was made relaxed and easy by wynn who gave me clear polite instructions followed by complements on the ride all the way through, I will be back soon to take my full licence

Clear instructions during the training and useful information on safety and hazards

As a deaf person taking the CBT test and having had some pre CBT ride lessons beforehand, I found each of the instructors I was taught by were very accommodating with my communication needs and very patient when I misheard a direction and when i asked them to repeat instructions as well.

Throughout the whole experience they were very good at offering alternative ways to communicate and using clear visual hand signals when teaching.

10/10 would recommend.

The staff was very professional and patient alongside with great knowledge of bikes and how to teach you weather it's your first time or just refreshing your know how im so pleased to have found them and with their training i passed

Enjoyable lessons with the instructors providing quality training with good humour and understanding of different levels of skill

One of the best motorbike schools in the area, they teach really well and are very fairly priced in the market. I did my Mod 1 and Mod 2 with them, and Peter and Sam were fantastic.

The teaching quality was good; however, the CBT felt pointless. After completing the intensive training and two hours of riding, I believe they should have issued a full license.

Additionally, the office was quite messy. It’s just a temporary setup, which includes unsanitary temporary toilets.

I’m deaf person and I got step by step training until I understood and being able to cover every unit. My instructor, Peter, was amazing, incredibly patient, very experienced and encouraging. He made it possible that my dream to come true. For every step, Peter was able to provide alternative for me and making easy. Also because my interpreter was available only on weekends, Phoenix made it possible for me to do every lesson on weekends. Thank you very much to my instructor Peter and to Phoenix motorcycle company.

Very welcoming team. A high dedication to safety on the road and your safety in particular. Patience and understanding for new riders and experienced riders alike. Would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been with a couple of riding schools but this one is the best one I have found they are thorough understanding and committed to helping out nervous riders. I passed my mod 1 and mod 2 with these guys and I can’t fault them in anyway

I decided to do my CBT at Crystal Palace and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My instructor, Sam, was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the day. Thanks to his guidance, I went from never having been on a bike before to feeling confident riding a 125cc manual out on the road. I genuinely appreciate how encouraging and knowledgeable he was, making the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended!
