We used Phoenix Security for our Wedding event which was held on a campsite, we wanted to ensure that only guests could enter due to the sites openness and that everyone could be relaxed during the cermony. Communication was excellent before the event and Jake was great at discussing our needs for the event.
We were very pleased to have Kim and Jim covering security for the event. They were both very discreet and very professional .

First class service from start to finish, well done to Pheonix Security for making our lives easier yesterday at the pavilion theatre in not so Sunny Rhyl! Security guard kim made our visit seem effortless, she took control of the bus drivers (even the grumpy ones!) and made it safe and secure for the copious amounts of children that amassed on Rhyl Pavilion. Well done 5 stars is not enough! Security people are the unsung heroes in this day and age, this lady stood in the pouring rain making sure we were all safe and sound. Well done Kim and Pheonix

We attended the pavilion theatre in Rhyl today for our annual Welsh panto outing. Every year we’ve had problems with coach parking, making it ever stressful to unload our children, safely and promptly.

Not today! Phoenix security were there, dealing with coach parking issues, making the whole process seamless and stress free. I spoke to the lady security officer (Kym Garland if I recall) and thanked her for performing such a great job, albeit in the cold drizzly rain! Well done Phoenix for being on the ball and making our lives a lot easier!

I had the pleasure of meeting these guys while they worked the Haunted House in Prestatyn, North Wales. All members of the staff on duty were very friendly towards myself and my kids. Always smiling and had great banter with us - lovely sense of humour! All dressed really smart in their uniform and jackets. Nothing was too much of a bother! All very polite and made us feel relaxed. I could go on and on. Highly recommend.
