Excellent in every way in all my dealings with Pheonix. Quality and luxury cars , very clean, drivers always on time and friendly. Office contact very efficient and polite. I am now a regular customer and am glad to have found a taxi company that goes above and beyond.

Dedication to the driver I had called James , I had a lovely ride and got to me quickly and was kind enough to drop me to my work even though my destination was somewhere close but different. A big thank you to Amelia aswell who helped organise my trip and when the address was put in wrong she immediately changed it. Overall great company and highly recommended.

I stumbled across this company on the taxi rank, I have found the prices one of the cheapest on the island and being using taxis around 5 years.
I was pleasantly surprised in how clean each car has been, Drivers extremely friendly and respectful.
They have been on time EVERYTIME I have booked a taxi. The lady on the phone has told me an arrival time and without fail they have been true to their word.
I have even taken their cards and handed them to friends.
Very impressed.

I used Phoenix nearly everyday during a period of 7 weeks I spent away from my home. Not only were their charges cheaper than others around, the drivers were ALWAYS on time, friendly, courteous and accomodating. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone and I'll surely be using them again anytime I am in the area.

As an employee of Phoenix Prestige Cars, I find the working environment very pleasant. All Staff are approachable and friendly, drivers all appear to enjoy being at work and customers all seem happy, I have worked in some places where the environment is toxic. I actually feel very lucky to have landed this job role.. I’d highly recommend the firm if you were ever looking for this line of work.

Before starting my job here I started using Phoenix Prestige Cars for my journeys, and each driver was very welcoming as-well as the office staff. As a customer I was and still am extremely happy. It was the happy caring approach the drivers gave me that made me accept the job offer.
