This is my second experience booking with Elaine at Phoenix Rising for surgery at Ekol Hospital with Dr Arif Aydin. I had previously booked directly with the hospital three times for other procedures. Elaine leaves all other experiences miles behind. Absolutely 10/10 experience. Elaine really looks after you with her personal service onsite and being available even by text. She’s very competitively priced and has access to all the same surgeons and hospital just as you would booking directly with the hospital. Absolute asset and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again but I am now running out of body parts to tweak lol. Could not recommended highly enough.

I don't know where to start, there were so many good things. I highly recommend using phoenix rising for your surgery. Private transfer to and from the airport, very friendly, polite and professional staff, the hospital food wasn't the best but still very tasty, the cleanliness was amazing at the hospital, the hotel was lovely and also extremely clean. I was in touch with Elaine, she is such a lovely lady and is there when you need her. My surgeon, Dr Arif was amazing, I'm 4 weeks post op and the scars are so small and thin, he has done an amazing job on my tummy tuck and breast augmentation. I will definitely be going back next year to have my arms and legs done.

Ive been dealing with elaine and canyel for over 3 years they booked and supported me through 2 visits . They are so supportive there is no way i could have done it expecially canyel she is a super star nothing is to much trouble 100% if you are going to Ekol for any treatment do it via Phoenix you will not be disapointed amd they care .

Elaine and canyel are so lovely and put my mind at ease they have alot of knowledge and im looking forward to having surgery in the future again with them and Dr Arif I won't go anywhere else now than with them

The communication is brilliant from the moment I contact them all the way to when I got home for aftercare.
They are always on hand to help when at the hospital and nothing is too much trouble.
The hospital is very clean and found all the staff to be lovely

Absolutely amazing

I have had the full mummy makeover I’m 4 weeks post op and From the moment I enquired to returning home still now, I have been supported. The staff at the hospital were absolutely fantastic my rep and surgeon ware outstanding I had dr arif aydin he’s done a phenomenal job my scars are so neat and tidy. I’m in love with everything ❤️ if your thinking about getting it, GET IT!!!

What can i say but what a amazing service i got while under this medical team and elaine looked after me so well abd so caribg would highly recommend this hospital and team and elaine for any costmic operation the care u got was out of this world

Elaine was the cornerstone of my trip to Ekol, her professionalism and friendliness eased my nerves and the whole experience was beautifully coordinated from booking to getting home. There was nothing too big or small for the Elaine or her daughter to help me with, from picking up my pharmacy items to having sugar bought to my bed so I could enjoy a cuppa, even being there when I woke up post surgery in my room with a hot coffee ready. They were with me every step of the way and are still on hand 6 months later with answers to any questions I have.
I will be using Phoenix Rising again soon and am already looking forward to seeing both girls for a catch up.

Elaine and Canyel are the most amazing wonderful ladies ever.
From start to finish my experience was amazing. There wasnt a day one of them wasnt with me helping me. Took me to chemist helped me buy products and meds. Ordered me food and the list goes on. For people travelling alone I promise with elaine yous wont ever feel alone. Phoenix rising was the best choice ever 🙌

I dealt with Elaine from Phoenix Rising first via WhatsApp end of 2023 and she was so helpful and informative that I booked my Gastric Sleeve surgery for April 2024. She was there to greet me and with me every step of each procedure and tests. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. so much so that I went back for a mini MMO in May 2025 after losing 8st now.

What can I say the care is unreal from start to finish and checking up on you when your home is amazing any thing you need answered are worries you are contacted straightaway back can not fault one bit

The whole experience for me was fantastic and positive experience!
The surgeon and all the hospital staff were professional and knowledgeable they made me feel relaxed and calm .
The hospital was spotlessly clean and the staff after my procedure looked after me amazingly well the after care was brilliant.

What an AMAZING Experience I've had on my recent surgery in Ekol hospital. I had a breast lift with implants by the lovely Dr Arif, who is the most professional man, he done a Fantastic job I highly recommend him 🙏 So moving on to Elaine and her daughter Canyel who can I just say where bloody brilliant they made my whole experience from my first message to Elaine and even still to date just run so so smoothly, nothing was to much trouble for them. Highly recommend Phoenix Rising. Right from the start Elaine was very supportive. Communication was fantastic and any questions I had were answered quickly. Felt very at ease with the whole experience at Ekol. I was a solo patient but never felt alone.
Canyel was with me during all my tests and kept popping in to make sure I was ok. Both Elaine and Canyel were available and popped in before and after surgery. All the staff at Ekol were amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. The hospital is spotless and everyone is so friendly.
Elaine has kept in touch with me and the aftercare has been great. She has given me lots of dietary advice. I'm looking to have further surgery next year and I'll definitely be using Elaine again.
